The lady was very rude and did not want to use my RX card. Then she said her RX card machine wasn’t working and then left to the back without explanation. After she then stated she can’t lower the price of my medication because she already checked to see if they could, when I have never given her my RX card information to begin with. After I gave her my cvs card she tried scanning the wrong one and I told her to use the white cvs card. She then said she’s waiting on my to follow the prompts for her to continue in a rude manner. When I tried to pay with the Apple Pay option, she said there’s nothing wrong with the machine and there’s something wrong with your card. When I then told her there’s nothing wrong with my card. She then realized she had to press on her screen for me to process the payment. When I asked her for her name, she said Evelyn, when on the receipt it’s states her name is MYHANH. If she hates her job she should find another. There’s no reason to be giving anyone attitude for any reason at all and then lie about her name.

STORE: 776-3867 / Bellaire & Cook, TEXAS —JOSHUA defines what customer service is all about. In that little amount of time of being in Joshua’s presence literally just made my day. I didn’t have enough cash on me for the items I had at the counter . I put some items back to buy what I had enough for . With the receipts I had gotten back from that purchase was a $2 off coupon, which still wouldn’t have been quite enough to get the rest of my items I had to put back but just before I was about to leave he says hold on one second, he picks up the phone to call his manager , he didn’t answer right away so he says to me hold up , leaves from his register to find him and sees the manager coming towards his direction and says to the manager; Do you remember that $5.00 a customer left that we have labeled for customer who left this money at the register can I if you don’t mind allow this customer to use it ? The manager said YES in which now allowed me to get my items that I had to put back. I was not only happy to be blessed to get the items I didn’t have enough for but I was happy and filled with so much gratitude that people like Joshua who showed empathy for others still exist!!!Totally Satisfied and Beyond CVS Customer,Namika

very bad experience here. I have Medicare join with Atna , employees from front staff & pharmacy rude & mean . I have $50 allowed on my card for over counter stubs , employees act crazy , like I m begging stubs from ur store . I don't know why atna insurance join with these CVS stores , why not Walmart or Walgreens. Assaad employee told me nothing pay from my card.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to try them out . Just needed something really quick . Walked it and no one said hi . They were just looking . Bought my item and left . Even at check out no hi .

I have no clue who runs this store. The store sign says they open at 7 am, but are NEVER open at 7. They open when they want to. They never have things stocked or updated prices hanging.

The clerk Joshua is extremely rude. I came in to purchase a bag of chocolate to help my dad with nausea from his medication. After I paid for the chocolate, he just threw it across the counter at me. I would never shop here again. I never do review but this person is just over the top rude. Thought CVS and his manager would want to know. The pharmacy staffs otherwise are nice and helpful.

I just wanted to say. I love this CVS. I mean, where can I get a reliable source of Watermelon juice. Yes, I drink between 1.5 and 3.0 quarts a day. Ashley was wonderful. Please make sure a nice note goes in her file. Thank you, Joe Mancini

I have to agree with Lily L. The store manager is rude, rude, rude! He made me feel like I was a criminal for a $1 off coupon which I printed thru CVS website. Said he couldn't take it because it was a photocopy. Do he not know that new technology allowed you to print out your own coupon to save the company money in the first place. When I tried to explain, he refused to listen and keep repeating no photo copy. I was so embarrassed. This CVS used to be my to go place but not anymore. If I can give a negative I would.

John is a horrible store manager and does not represent CVS well at all and he needs more customer service training.
