The pharmacy staff at this location have gotten multiple prescriptions wrong over the years we have been coming here, the last mistake was only filling half of the amount of tablets that the doctor wrote the prescription for. Last night, after speaking with my doctor's office, I tried multiple times to call and speak to a human - I ended up calling six or seven times, waiting on hold 10-20 minutes each time, only for them to hang up on me every time. Their work gets sloppier and sloppier every time I have to have a prescription filled. Honestly, I am shocked they haven't killed someone. I try to be empathetic toward the pressures they are subjected to. I have friends who are pharmacists and I know that COVID has really played a number on us all. However, I think it's time to start reporting them to the State Board of Pharmacy.

This cvs only provides the pharmacy phone number. This cvs closes between 1:30 and 2 p.m. but rolled down the shutter at 1:27p just as I got to the window!! Talk about people who just don't care about customers and do a pathetic job!! I was livid. You set the timing then FOLLOW it!

false positive tb test beware if you're coming for a tb test they give out false positives. someone else below also had the same experience so it's not the first they've done this now i have to pay extra for a blood test or chest x-ray. thanks a lot

The NP Ngozi Ugwuoke gave me a false positive TB skin test result - seems like she doesn't know what she's doing. I had to go in 3-4 times because this provider takes too long & she is often the only provider there. I waited the second time for 40 minutes (after their lunch time) & so I left - it did not seem like there was any provider there. Next appointment she got me in at 2:20 when my appointment was at 2pm. I told her I waited for 40 minutes the previous day & she asked me why I left -- I told her because it did not seem like anyone was going to see me??? Lastly, when she checked my TB skin test she read it as positive. My mom has been a nurse for years & has done TB tests herself, she saw it and knew it couldn't be positive. Because of this provider I had to go to another CVS location and get the blood-draw TB test (quantiferon) to make sure I wasn't positive. Just got the call with my results & this NP informed me that my quantiferon results were normal. So upset that this provider wasted my time on multiple locations & inconvenienced me & made me drive to a farther CVS location because she cannot do her job right. Would not reccommend the Nurse Practitioner Ngozi Ugwuoke!!

I don't understand what kind of customer service these pharmacists think they are providing when they lie about not receiving the prescription order from the doctor who called it in twice while I was with him. When I called the following day to check on my son's prescription who urgently needed it, they said they never heard from the doctor. I reached out to the doctor a third time and the doctor said when he called CVS on 3939 Bellaire Blvd in Houston, TX, the pharmacist told him she never heard from the doctor. The doctor immediately said "I AM THE DOCTOR" and the pharmacist responded immediately with apologies that she was busy with the customer. This is the worst customer service with the worst excuse that they give you any answer, right or wrong, without doing their do diligence to check on the prescription that the patient urgently needs. I am so disappointed at CVS and extremely tired of their lies. I will reach out to their corporate and file a major complaint on them. THEY ARE WORTHLESS. Beware of their lies. Never believe them when they tell you they never heard from the doctor or never received the order from the doctor. They never check and never inquire. It's an answer they give you to end the call. SHAME IN THEM!!!!!!!!

I have come here a couple of times to use their Minute Clinic as there aren't many left around town. Care is quick and efficient and they are able to send any required prescriptions directly to the pharmacy. Wait times were as expected, but you do need to make appointments now to ensure you are able to be seen.

I can say it was the worst experience I've every had. I needed a passport photo for my 1 year old baby. I went directly to the photo center. One of the employees was there that ignored me and left the desk. I called her (I didn't mention anything about photo) and she looked at me very angry and said: we don't take photo! I told her what this sign was. She looked at me very angry and said: "I told you we don't do it!" Then left. I was very upset because it was not easy for me to go somewhere with a baby and someone mistreat me like this. I called the manager... the other day someone called me and ask me to go back there to take the photo. I went there today (it is close to my house. It's more convenient to go there with a baby). The same lady said: "our camera doesn't work!" And referred me to someone else and asked her to tell me the camera doesn't work. Long story short! Their camera worked very well. The third person, Lindsey, was more rude than other staffs. She took a blurry photo and cut the top part of the photo from my baby's hair. I asked to fix it and she said that's what it is. At the end I wanted to finish it and leave. I said thank you she didn't even look at me. I'm sure she has a half of my age. They were really rude and unprofessional. I wish someone would care when hire the staff.

Even though this location has a variety of products to shop, they have horrible customer service. They have 2 self checkout. A older lady was at one and I see a young worker with a bonnet on her head sipping on a drink with a straw sitting on top of the counter next to the woman while talking to a man. I walk up to use the next one and she yells out across the other lady "it card only okay honey." First of all I am way older than her, that is not how you address anyone because you don't know me. I have work managerial at several retail places and she would be wrote up. I didn't look up to address her behavior and she just laughed and didn't come to speak to me. When I walked away, I assume the manager was walking up and she hurried and jumped off the counter. SMH

I stop by this cvs for often. Its always kept clean and I'm greeted with a hello. Usually the store is stocked with whatever it is i need. I will continue to come here.

I have asked for help from employee named Marcus and he refused to help me for no reason. It is by far the worst customer service where the employee flat out refused to help a customer and after I left talked sh** to about me to another customer. He literally said you are free to leave because I won't help you. After I said I needed help he said he is done with me. Needless to say I will never be back at this CVS. Management please review cameras of my interaction with so called employee Marcus 7/17/2022 around 6:15-6:30pm.

They are convenient and well stocked with a wide variety of products. They are usually courteous and very helpful. Their own products are sometimes subpar to the major brands. I had a bad experience with CVS brand athletic tape. It was so sticky that when I removed it from my arm, it tore off some skin from the tender inner side of my elbow!

Love that it's 24hr but I'm here at 2pm on a Friday and there's literally not one person in the entire store to help!! A lady needed help at the self checkout and i need help with photos. I went to the pharmacy to ask for help. It's 10 ppl in line one self check out and no help
