I came to pick up an order and the cashier made me wait 30 minutes because I didn't tell her my second last name, I showed her the order from my phone and she didn't care, she was rude and didn't help me at all, she has no manners and doesn't know how to serve customers, I won't buy here again

Jennifer was an lovely employee that helped my husband and I with needing cash back. Jennifer had wonderful customer service to us. Our experience was great! It's just a wonderful experience for us. We loved her positive energy and laughter.

My uncle’s doctor send a prescription on June 27. It’s July 5 and they haven’t fill the order. They don’t even call to let my uncle know. Knowing the kind of medication he gets, they probably know that he has cancer. First the doctor send the prescription. Then they ask for approval. Then they said it will be ready and finally on July 2nd. And as today he hasn’t received it and he’s been in so much pain that he even wait Thursday 2 hours on the line, only to be told that they still don’t have it ready. I told him that it’s time to change to Walmart pharmacy. Because they don’t even answer the calls. They have an answering system but never return the call. It should be a way to not give any stars on the review.

The lady with brown hair and glasses is always standing near the self-checkouts chatting it up with security and doing absolutely NOTHING. The was a long line at the self checkouts and she didn’t even try to open a register and scan anyone’s items or anything. This has to be the easiest job ever. They literally get paid to do nothing.

Does not allow paying customers to use the restroom. “Restroom unavailable right now” translates to, no you cannot use it

Took my dad who’s just a few weeks post heart transplant in to grab some medication. When we got there, he had to use the restroom badly, and when asked was told by the employees that there’s no working restroom on the premises and that when they need to relieve themselves they need to walk to neighboring businesses to do so. If true, I’m appalled by the truly despicable and illegal practices occurring,not only for customers but for the staff as well!!

Walked into today, asked a simple question, and received extremely aggressive behavior from the “manager” Jennifer! Older white lady with blue and pink hair. Asked for help with an item and she said they couldn’t help and when asked about the fluctuating policy, she became extremely hostile and even got in my face! It was also clear Jennifer was under the influence. Very unprofessional. CVS needs to insure that their associates, especially in management, brush up on their interpersonal and customer service skills.

The worse pharmacy ever and very unprofessional.I'm calling the headquarters and the news media.Something need to be done they don't give a damn.About the customers that's why the give poor service.I'm going to record all of them before,I put in a complaint.They don't need any stars,I had to give 1 to leave a review.
