Pharmacy is very lazy and Ben argues back and forth with customers. Very
unprofessional and unnecessary wait time done purposely . Their customer service is a zero and corporate needs to do a pop up visit on them along with a secret shopper to report how they treat customers. This is why they have a very low rating. No customers, no business . Customer service goes along way and Ben needs to be trained on how to speak with customers and deliver customer satisfaction.

I want to recognize Britney. She assisted my mom and I to understand how my mom's new OTC card works and which products are eligible. The card was not working for the products she wanted, Britney went through the store and got several products to attempt again. Thank you again, Britney.

The pharmacy is very disorganized, took 10 minutes to find medications I needed and there was 2 Cashiers but only 1 was working

This is the worst CVS there is in Houston refill at this CVS and they going to tell me that I need the doctor to okay so I can pay for the medication out my pocket so I need a doctor to tell me it's okay for me to pay with my own money they need to close this CVS down cuz if they think that I need somebody else to tell me to spend my money

Just arrived to the store at 11:59pm and they locked the door on me and closed the store. Drove 20 minutes to get my child rolburtuson for a bad cough. I even offered to just give him $20 and let him grab it for me without going in the store. Wouldn’t even give me eye contact! Total bs!

I was in the pharmacy drive thru prior to 6 pm, the car in front of me took a while, the pharmacy tech saw my car, right behind that person, I pulled up at 6 pm and the texh placed a cardboard flattened box in the window and did not help me, wow!!! So rude!!. I was the only and last car in line prior to 6 pm closing!!!

They DON’T follow their store hours. Online and in person says 12 am is the closing time. At 11:38 pm, they were locking the doors to go home. ?

This CVS is the worst CVS in the whole city.... They have constantly messed with my medication over the last year. I have been without for months at a time because they wanted to put in place the most ignorant plan... Getting all your medications on the same day... Impossible. And it has been proven to be impossible leaving me without medication that I need to survive the day. They have no shame, even though it's their fault, they have the audacity to suggest that I pay full price for my medication so that I can go without. Really, I pay the insurance company for this very reason. Don't trust these people, I was told my medication will be ready on the 24th but got a text saying two weeks from now. I never understood why this store always had issues with customers but now I know and so do you. Thank you don't waste your time here

As CVS stores go, this location is average. The staff is helpful and they do acknowledge you when you enter. If you appear to be lost or need assistance, they're quick to jump into action.There is a self checkout area and a traditional cashier as well. It's good that a person is stationed close to assist with the self checkout since a free items require staff member approval.The store is clean and well stocked. I'm not a fan of the tight parking lot so I tend to park on either side of the store.
