Doctors cannot call and prescribe medicines to this pharmacy because this pharmacy put you on hold forever.

I am absolutely appalled by the way my husband was treated at this CVS Pharmacy on 8500 Main St, Houston. He went in to pick up his medicines, and the pharmacist’s attitude was nothing short of disgraceful. My husband is disabled and was standing there using crutches, yet the staff showed zero regard for his condition. It was as if they had no compassion at all.
The people working here are completely heartless. They treat sick and disabled customers like a burden rather than human beings who need care and respect. No one should have to experience this kind of treatment, especially in a place that’s supposed to provide healthcare.
CVS needs to seriously address the way their staff interacts with customers, especially those with medical conditions. This level of disregard is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values basic human decency.
CVS needs to provide a better chair to accommodate disabled people.

Checked in on CVS web and notified the counter lady when going for my vaccination. Wait by the side (as directed by the lady) for more than 10 mins and the pharmacy tech took the guy came after me in. When questioned both of them why, the tech said it’s the system, the lady wouldn’t answer. They were not busy at all.

Was there for Covid vaccine, had issue with insurance, pharmacist kenw exactly how to "fix" it so I could get the vaccine, and correctly told me how to get it permanently corrected. Great service!

Tried to transfer a prescription and no one picked up for over an hour on the phone so I went to the store. They could not prepare it and left me scrambling. If you can’t do the transfer in time, then at least pick up the phone so I can transfer somewhere else.

Do not send prescriptions here, You can't get anyone on the phone. It rings twice then cuts out when you call. It has been a week since I've had my medication and I can't get any help

Horrible service. Scheduled a COVID shot and then they said they couldn't do it. Told me I had to go somewhere else, even though I had it scheduled. Pharmacist was super rude and cancelled my appointment in front of me.

I was having an issue with my insurance and the timing of a specific prescription and I don't know what I would have done without the team here! They somehow sorted it out and were really helpful in the process.
