First and last time I visit this location. I didn't catch the lady's name in the front, but she was absolutely rude and condescending. Instead of politely assisting, she wanted to talk to us like we were stupid. There is a lot more that can be said about this interaction, but overall just rude.

The absolute worst cvs location known to man. Always crackheads out front. The staff is never there when you need them, always elsewhere. Understaffed. On several occasions I’ve tried to order things that say they’re in store, and when I go pick up the order I’m told the item I’m asking for is not only in store but it’s “been stolen”. So why is it marked in store online? Also once had an order attempted to be delivered by a lazy person who reeked of weed (per the employee present when he went to return my order) absolutely refuse to call and let me know he was near. Pretended as if he couldn’t get near my apartment or find it when in reality he never tried.

I attempted to apply a current/not expired CVS 25% off coupon for 1 full priced item. CVS team member that has the name 'Kealy' on her name tag and identified herself as the store manager, informed me that she was unable to assist with a solution to this unfortunately common problem. Many times in the past this has happened and on only 1 other occasion was the manager not able to do a manual override. The manager in that case told me that this type of issue was always done at the managers 'discretion'. These 2 incidents are store manager incompetence at best. Store managers at CVS need more training on consistent customer service as well as consistency in store policies on how to handle coupons that clearly show they are not expired.

Never using this pharmacy location again. The pharmacist claimed they did not receive the order despite my confirming 3 times with the doctor’s office that they sent the order. Never received the medication. I overheard the pharmacist talking on the phone and mentioned my meds as confirming it was in stock.

I bought the store products I needed yet I was still denied the restroom. I was appalled when none of the employees would help me by unlocking the restroom when it was clear that there was no other open restroom around for miles.

Marwah is rude and unknowledgeable. Sad considering the interaction was for the drive through pharmacy. She had her AirPods in the whole time, she couldn’t properly explain my medication cost and did not have pharmacist discuss my meds with me.
Doctors are great here, but the techs they hire are bottom of the barrel.

Do not come here for their pharmacy. I’m currently waiting at the window for my prescription. I was given the wrong dosage and now I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for my correct prescription. They did not tell me if I should come back later for my prescription or to just wait for the correction. At least give me an update during the wait. The staff is just talking to each other and not helping with the car line at all. It’s extremely unprofessional and the service is agonizingly slow.

They have a self park sign posted outside with no person there to direct or take money. The second they see you park and leave the property the tow truck comes and picks up your vehicle. There were 5 people who got towed in the span of 15 mins last night and no one was informed or warned of the policies regarding this. We were told by the parking attendant “If I’m on lunch and you leave the property you get towed”. They also refused to put us in touch with the manager while the MOD didn’t want to talk to us in the first place and allowed the parking attendant to take the heat from everyone trying to get answers. Total scam and taking advantage of a situation. Trash.

It’s like everyone here is in slow motion. Nobody wants to help you, they’re out of everything, and the whole pharmacy staff is as rude as they are incompetent. The cashiers were way nicer. Bur it’s like the pharmacists have never seen their own machines before. I walked out of here having given them money and not getting what I needed, but at least it took an hour. I feel really robbed. Just move your bodies, answer questions, make eye contact, and take a very basic course in customer service.
