This pharmacy has a new manager and pharmacist and they actually care now with great customer service. I was going to switch pharmacies; however, I think I’ll stay now. Give them a chance (again).

I arrived at this cvs around 3:00 am on Jan 22,2024 Sandra greeted me. She was so sweet from the time I arrived until I left. She helped me so much with what I was looking for . I was looking for something that relieves itching due to eczema and she helped me beyond measures thank you so much for being so patient and polite! SHE NEEDS A RAISE! I literally got everything I needed . You have an amazing spirit !

A brown girl with short hair had the worst customer service through the drive through! I don’t expect much from people, but if you are having a bad day, just have the grace to be neutral with people, but NOt rude. Do better please.

Horrible service. Unless you have an hour to waste, dont bother picking up. Sat for 10 minutes at window without being acknowledged. My insurance requires me to use CVS so I don't have much choice. Never had this issue when the Elgin location was open.

CVS on 402 Gray Pharmacy is always “backed up” which defeats the purpose of being convenient in my neighborhood! Customer services in the pharmacy lacks big time!

This CVS pharmacy is the worse. Customer service is horrible. Anytime I have a prescription I call ahead to see if it’s ready. On both occasions picking up my daughter’s medication I was told it was ready for pickup and upon arrival I had to wait for them to fill my prescriptions. And the techs are ignorant.

cvs advertise that they have covid tests but don't say they are not refundable. I had covid and asked a friend to pick up a 2 pac, he instead picked up 2 tests packs nearly $60. I immediately took the unopened back because this was 2 much money, they tell me no refunds but could not give a reason yet they have employees soliciting hard for monetary donations. from now on I will pass.

I'm not the type of person to review places but I have to say, this is one of the most hostile environments I've even walked into. The lady at the front desk yelled at a customer bc he changed his mind on what he wanted. Obviously it can be annoying but miss girls got a serious attitude problem. If ur looking for friendly people this is not ur place, get prepared for rude stares and walking on eggshells not to piss the girl up front off.

This pharmacy should be shutdown. I had surgery and my doctor called in anti nausea and pain medication. They were supposed to be ready within the hour. I called three hours post surgery and my scripts were still not ready. I asked when they would be ready and they said that they were understaffed and too busy. They filled my scripts right before closing so I was unable to get them till the following day. I went 24 hours following surgery without any pain medication.I’m not sure who I need to report this pharmacy to but this is unacceptable and should illegal.

The pharmacy has horrible customer service. I never had so many issues since I moved to this location. I've mentioned the problems for the past five months, and NOTHiNG has been corrected. The pharmacist today gave me the injectable medication, but when I got home, I discovered I didn't have the syringe tomake the shot. I called him, and he said it was my responsibility to ask for a refill of the needles when they were on the list with the medication. They make mistake after mistake, and with a total nonchalant aptitude, they talk fast and then move to the next client, ignoring you.

Update 5/12/23 @ 2pmAttention management team! Give the young guy with the braids a promotion, he needs to be a corporate trainer for CVS on excellent customer service! I’ve been avoiding this location for the past 8 years because it was soooo bad, and now I think I can finally come back.I had a pickup order, the store was very busy, but he checked in with every customer, “Thank you for waiting…be right with you…cash or card, step this way..” amazing! I just updated the rating from 1 to 3 stars; maybe we can get to 5, this guy is the ultimate professional.—————————Original post:Who is the GM at this store? They need to be fired. Horrible customer service, rewards points don't apply (check your receipt you're paying regular price), items always out of stock, the staff never know the answer to anything, the manager is always "in a meeting". Don't even think about getting your packages delivered here, no one can ever find it.I'm only giving 1 star to the new cashier (young black guy) that actually greeted me when I walked in this morning and provided assistance at self-checkout...he needs a promotion! Avoid this location at all costs!

The experience at CVS was wonderful. Eli was welcoming, friendly, and was able to help us get what we needed in an efficient manner. The store was clean and organized.

We came to Houston for my stepdaughter's graduation from UT, and we had to run here for drinks water ice paper cups, and we came out with some a lot of stuff. They didn't have because everybody was graduating this week, and Or having a birthday? They only have one basket for a people's shopping needs only because they say all the homeless people stole their baskets?? So if you're lucky to get it. Please return it back to the people on the inside so they can keep their one basket.??
