Very confused. I went in recently and was told by the pharmacy that CVS no longer has a contract with GoodRX. Odd. I called GoodRx and they told me the opposite! I was told elsewhere that CVS is having issues with GoodRx. I had to get my meds filled at Walgreens instead which cost me 80 dollars versus the GoodRx cost of 30. Horrible.

Best pharmacy in Houston by far. The workers are very nice and always try to find you the best price.

Dropped off a form for prescription medications the night prior and received a call they were ready for pick up. The next morning, I went to go pick them up and the lady informed me nothing was ready despite me receiving a call they were. She informed me that two of the medications prescribed were over the counter and could not be given (even though that is a totally incorrect and they are obligated to fill it BY LAW with a valid prescription regardless if an OTC exists) and the other one wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. So what medications in the call were ready then….? In addition to being completely incompetent this girl was also rude as hell. So at the end of the day, I spent $57 on otc medication that was half of what was supposed to be refilled AND didnt get any thing for pain despite being in the ER yesterday :) Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone with a pulse

We had to start using CVS for medication because of change of insurance and loving it! I have used the minute clinic at this location and it’s so convenient. They do walk ins but when you schedule ahead of time it works out even better. The entire staff always has good energy but today Princess in the pharmacy and Trang in the clinic were especially nice and helpful! Princess had a big smile and arranged for my flu and covid vaccinations at checkout. Then Trang took care of my shots on the spot. Counting the 15 minutes they recommend you wait after receiving the vaccinations I was in and out in 22 minutes. Highly recommend!

Zero stars. I’ve been to this location before and waited excessive amounts of time for help at the register. Today, I came to pick up a package from UPS, as this was a designated hold location, only to find out they had sent the package back after only two days and cited “recipient refused package,” which is completely untrue. I confirmed with UPS that the standard hold time is 5 days. When I called the store back to speak to a manager, the person who answered kept insisting they knew nothing about the matter instead of offering to look into it. Then she hung up on me and refused to pick up any subsequent calls. I never leave negative reviews, but I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior. I’ve lodged complaints with their corporate office and with UPS.

Ease of collecting recipes and saving money. However, there are technical problems, such as slowness and difficulties in scanning products and coupons.
As for products, satisfaction with the quality and effectiveness of CVS supplements, such as brain health softgels.
Advantages of the Pharmacy.
- _Ease of collecting recipes_
- _Savings options_
- _Quality of the products_
*Disadvantages of CVS Pharmacy:*
- _Technical problems with the application_
- _Lack of a Spanish version_
- _Difficulty scanning products and coupons_
Overall, CVS Pharmacy appears to be a convenient option for those looking for a pharmacy with an easy-to-use mobile app and quality products.

Poor service! The pharmacy never picks up the phone. The pharmacy did not send all the prescriptions to HEB even after being contacted by HEB twice. The lines are long, and the pharmacist are too slow and too busy to help you. I show up to ask them to transfer my prescriptions and wait for a long time only to be told that I was in the wrong line.

Just had the best vaccination experience I’ve had since the beginning of the pandemic. Walked in this evening without an appointment just before the pharmacy closed with a friend of mine to get both Covid and flu vaccinations. The pharmacist, Stephanie Ho Miller, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Personable, professional, and with a great sense of humor, she had both of us in and out within 10 minutes, and all of this at 6:57pm. Stephanie treated us as if it was the beginning of her workday, not the end of it. Thank you, Stephanie, and you can bet I will be a regular CVS Customer from today forward

Gave my photos to be developed here in June. For over two months they kept saying the photos actually take 2-4 months to get back but now (end of August) I find out they lost my photos back in June and had an envelope that said bag received empty from the processing center. Lost my photos and no way to get them back. NEVER GET PHOTOS DEVELOPED HERE. They kept lying and take no accountability.

Pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful, although I really wish they would make it easier to reach pharmacy staff over the phone. I’ve had to drive over to the pharmacy numerous times just to speak with someone because their automated system would take me straight to voicemail. Luckily i only live less than a mile away.

The first time I picked up a prescription here, the pharmacist allowed me to purchase my medication with my HSA card information as I did not have the physical card itself. Just came in today to pick up my refill and the pharmacist working would not allow me to use my HSA card, even with ID. Very annoyed. Be consistent.

Requiring prescription for something that is not even prescribed?!
What kind of sense does that make?
I try to help out a friend who just had their foot amputated and now I have to drag that person up here just so they don't get sick from not being able to take their medication.
Screw that! Just going to Walgreens instead even though it's further away.
How is that sticking with the Hippocratic oath?
How can you claim that you're helping people?
