Staff is rude at this cvs location. And they lack shopping. When I went to there to shop the manager with the beard because their was no shopping carts I heard him from a distance tell his employer or LP watch him. don't know who was who my phone rang then he approached me and ask rudily if I needed something? I stuck my index finger like a 1 min then he walked away and I was picking up my pills too that's it

The pharmacist is enjoying his power trip way too much.
My physician prescribed opioids for extreme pain on Tuesday, and sent in a refill early on Friday because it was still at level 8/9 (the MRI results showed the reason of my pain, and she immediately prescribed more to help me until a specialist could see me). I was in extreme distress, practically begging and offering to show all the medical proofs (MRI results and messages exchanged with the physician) to prove that I am not an addict… but the pharmacist, named Uduma, simply refused to refill the prescription.
My physician sent in a second refill on Monday, increasing the frequency to show it was intentionally higher and needed, but Mr. Powertrip still refused to refill because the physician did not give a “reason to justify an early refill”. This time, I intentionally remained calm to ensure that I did not look like a crazy person despite the extreme pain I was experiencing, asking for a rationale for such uptight attitude despite the physician sending in the prescription TWICE, but he dismissed my questions by telling me that I was “wasting his time” and proceeded to serve other customer.
This man is dangerous. He obviously has an inferiority complex that can only hurt patients, he abuses the little power he has by leaving patients in extreme pain while he is demanding a physician, who made an informed medical decision, to justify said decision. He hid behind “the law” to refuse to serve me despite the refills being submitted twice by a doctor with a medical degree.

I never have a problem at this store at all always loved the service until I came one night 12/02/2024 I was buying water and some snacks and I had money on my card BUT I was at self checkout and it was telling me to use a different form of payment and I wanted help and the girl employing working there was just talking and laughing with the security guard instead of helping us!! If your not gonna take your job seriously jsut quit because it was embarrassing that I had to drop everything and leave it bc the self checkout machines wasn't taking my card? Mind y’all instead of helping us she was telling us to push buttons instead of checking us out at the counter I don’t know her name but she also had an attitude.

This has been, and always will be my favorite CVS location! The entire staff are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to assist me. The reviewer “Krista” whose comment about the store closing early is complete blasphemy. The man she referred to in her comment is a wonderful young man who I look forward to seeing each time I come in to shop. He and the rest of the employees have allowed me, along with other customers to come in last minute multiple times. Overall, I highly recommend this CVS to anyone looking for a wide verity of items and a great atmosphere!!
