I am very dissatisfied with the performance of STEVEN at the pharmacy counter. He was taking liberties with my wife in asking her personal questions in front of me and not being professional. He was also giving my wife free advice about her money when no one asked anything about it. As a husband I felt insulted, as well as my wife.
CVS will never see our business AGAIN!
STEVEN, just do your job.

PHARMACIST STEVE! He saved my dad’s life last night after being discharged from the hospital & was able to get my dad’s Rx after terrible service at West Mount. I can’t think of a BETTER review to give than to say “YOUR EMPLOYEE SAVED MY DADS LIFE LAST NIGHT.” His service was not only superb, but friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, quick, and the BEST.” I left in TEARS! Thank you STEVE! Thank you a MILLION!!!!!!

If I were the manager here, I’d make sure that all the trash in the parking lot was cleaned up. I guess it’s a different world now. My dad’s store, first thing we’d do every morning was make sure the outside parking area was as clean of trash as possible. I guess CVS doesn’t make this a priority.
A better management team would survey their lot and grounds and think”this is filthy. I’m going to put together a crew to clean up all this debris and garbage. I might not have caused it. But it would be the right thing to do for our customers”

You cannot call the pharmacist - they force you to leave a voicemail and it takes a long time to get any action.

Came by to pick up my prescription and also to buy some vitamin A and I must say that Carlos Novoa was a very helpful employee. He was very professional,respectful,friendly and had the best attitude ever.

If you have a question on how your Rx drug is billed, you’d do well to talk to Steve at the pharmacy here. He’s made a frustrating experience much better for me personally and my family by being willing to investigate our particular puzzle. He delivered expert customer service like you’d hope to get for your family.

They are slow at the pharmacy especially the drive through and you’re unable to call anyone here. Too slow, not efficient.
