Horrible store. Trash is strewn outside, and customers have to run the gauntlet of homeless people just to get inside. Terrible for the reputation of the Heights as a safe place. Short-sighted CVS management must not care. Hopefully, this store will soon shut down soon for lack of business, and the Walgreens across the street will get more business.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the evening staff. Very rude very slow. The bad customer service has also spilled over into the daytime as well now. Both morning pharmacist and evening pharmacist not at all eager to help you with any problem you may have. But I think between the 2 of them the evening is far worse.

I worked for CVS as a pharmacy technician for 3 years and this is by far the worst costumer service and pharmacy technician knowledge I’ve ever experienced. I understand first hand how short staffed CVS is in the pharmacy but the fact that it takes over 20 minutes just to talk someone when you’re in PERSON AT THE STORE, is not ok. Actually the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever encountered from an employee standpoint & a patient.

This is the only 24 hour CVS in my area and they’re always closed late at night. Not sure if the workers are just lazy in the back hiding or theirs a closing time thru out the AM that is not shown on the web.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to.transferred my prescription to HEB for no reason what so ever,or at least never told the person who the prescription belonged to.I go to the HEB and the cvs never even sent the prescription.Everyone I talked to acted like they had no idea what was going on

The folks in the pharmacy are so helpful. They helped reduce my $$$ medication to $26! I am so grateful!

I love this CVS for the customer service. They leave you alone unless you ask for help. It drives me crazy when 5 different people come up and ask if I need help before I’ve even had a chance to look, ULTA.

Be aware: NOT a 24 hour pharmacy. Closed 1:30-3:00 for lunch. Potentially also not open after 9 PM. CALL FIRST. Otherwise, be prepared to waste time such as waiting 20 min in line to be told this non-advertised fact, as the door is shut in your face.

This is my go-to place as my convenience store. Thank you, CVS, for all my BLESSINGS there. Every Time we go there, we get a warm welcome ? Plus, Santa and Snowman welcome us in, too❤️ for me, it's VERY SPECIAL ?? BLESSINGS ???

This is the only 24 hour pharmacy in our area. It’s ALWAYS slow but at night and on weekends you’re particularly screwed. The lines inside and out do not move. Too many people just leave. If there’s an issue with filling your prescription they don’t even bother calling you. And when you call in for a pick up estimation they’ll tell you 20 minutes. An hour later the new estimation is 20-30 minutes. They’re understaffed and so they fail to deliver to customers.

After spending the day in the ER we were discharged with prescriptions for home care. I dropped them off at this location from the drive through and was told 30 min wait. At that point there were at 5 vehicles behind me. Doing a little quick math, I told the lady working I'd hop back in the line and see her in 30 mins. When I finally made it back to the window 40 mins later I was told it was still a 30 minute wait. Unfortunately we are stuck with cvs, as insurance requires it for coverage. The only reason cvs is still open is because of slimy deals with insurance providers like this.

Good luck reaching the pharmacy. I've called for a week straight, different times and no one will pick up the phone. Ridiculous

This pharmacy doesn’t care about patients only about the money they can make if you have Medicaid don’t go there they won’t have generic brands ready they carry by they said needs to be ordered but they don’t warranty when it will arrive they have the expensive brands cost over than $100 up … but yes they have a sign accepting Medicaid … they should better said not Medicaid acceptance and this could help to save time and to not go for over than a hour just to know you won’t get the medication

⭐The fact that the pharmacy Opens for late hours, makes it exceptionally standout.⭐I've done quite a few after normal hours prescription pick ups from there and they always delivered.⭐9pm 11pm or last minute pick up, No Problem ?✔️Not to mention, one of my Mom's meds and other locations rarely has it in stock and usually has to be ordered - Well, Not at this location (Always have it ready)?Thumbs up ??Highly recommend
