Stop Turning Customers Away From Restroom It’s illegal…What is the law on that? A: With any new construction since 2004, and if the building has a restaurant or is more than 20,000 square feet, restrooms for customers are required.

It happened last week i be a 4700 kirby's cvs and look for something to make moist in the room ,i ask the staff at pharmacy ,a nice lady name lule walk with me in 3 part of store show me diferent items who can make moist in the room And patiently explain to me how it work ,thank you Dr lule,you are awesome

It is rare that I come to CVS because there's always a problem (at least at this location).I'd rather go out of my way and go to Walgreens; however, I ordered some pictures from CVS. I'm not sure why considering last time they lost my order and I waited nearly 20 minutes for a reprint. Maybe it was a one off I thought. Anyways, when I arrived to CVS I decided to grab a lipstick as well. When I went up to the counter the lady pointed to the U scan as if I was bothering her even suggesting that I would go pay at the counter even though nobody was there.I then said I have some pictures to pick up and she seemed very bothered that she had to get off her cell phone and go and find my picture order. This time, I was only picking up four 4x6 pictures. Guess what? They couldn't find the order AGAIN. After much ado and me having to show a receipt that yes my order was ready and yes I'm at the correct location...the lady reprinted my pictures. After the reprint we both saw she had one of the same picture twice. She set it aside and I said \\\"ill take that one too\\\". I was happy to have the extra copy of the picture of my mother and I so we could both have one. Instead, the lady tossed it in the trash and said they trash extra pictures. What a waste of resources! It cost the company the same amount of money to trash the picture. It was sad to see a picture of my mom and I trashed. The least she could do is give my extra copy to me after having to wait for pictures....again. This CVS is ran by rude, lazy individuals who have no business working in any type of \\\"customer service\\\" atmosphere. SMH

Came in and asked if it is possible to get diaper size exchanged bought from another CVS store w/receipt (and the box). Customer service attendant "Patrick" aggressively refused. I said OK, I will just buy the size I need.Staff follows me to diaper section and aggressively accuses me that I "dropped and exchanged the diapers". I am dumbfounded, he even threatened me that he is a police officer without any proof and goes on to ask if I don't understand him since I am "Japanese/Asian/ or whatever".He comes back and gives me a size 4 box that he said is opened and that is supposed to be mine (my receipt clearly states size 1). I'm not surprised to see his name mentioned in another review but this clearly needs to go to corporate for investigation if he's really the "manager". Disgusting and ridiculous - traumatized and never going back there

This the worst experience I have ever had at a CVS location. The manager Patrick was rude and aggressive to me and my son. The pricing on items was incorrect and his approach to customer service and satisfaction was atrocious. Trying to get in touch with corporate CVS team to launch complaint. No manager or employee should be allowed to exhibit that kind of attitude with a customer.

They need to do something about the shady dudes always trying to get money or have you buy them gift cards. Cars get broken into too often as well. Just left after dude popped out from around the corner and followed me. Last time I wear in there a dude walked in and filled up his backpack. Place is unsafe trash. The CVS down the street is much nicer.

No customer service. Terrible attitudes. Terminals went down and nobody could check out for awhile (not first time this has happened here). Ridiculously tiny shopping bags. You’re expected to check yourself out, and if you have any reason to not do that, they’re very rude and put out. CVS no longer pretends to provide customer service of any kind. After I move all my prescriptions, I’m moving on , after shopping here exclusively for 10+ years. The one in River Oaks isn’t any better, sadly.

This CVS has no wipes at the entrance or anywhere. It is disorganized. It feels like you are in some remote country with poor resources. The pharmacy staff is polite and says the right things but you can tell it is scripted. It is very impersonal. The staff at the front is unmotivated and they "take their time" to do things and help. CVS as a whole is TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE . Their bonus points and perks mean NOTHING . Over the counter prices are 40% over regular.
