I walked in at 8:50AM because I wanted to deposit cash into my account. I’ve done this at other CVS,so I didn’t think it was an issue. An older male said, “Come back in the next 10 minutes if you want to pay your bill, etc.” This CVS is opened at 7Am so I just assumed the register would be open, but I politely said “Oh ok sorry, I’ll come back”. I waited until 9:02Am to walk back in. I could tell the older male was annoyed but he proceeded to the register. He said, “ Put your number in”. I never had to do that before but again I followed his instructions. He said since you’re not a member at cvs i cannot deposit your money. I was very confused and I responded with “ Oh ok, at other CVS. I don’t have to have membership in order to deposit cash”. He said “ Well that answers your question, other CVS’s”. Number 1 i didn’t ask a question, I just made a statement. He then said Well you can go somewhere else and I simply just walked away because He was very rude for no reason. You don’t know what people are going through and to be rude is unjustified. His name is Robert..

I always use my phone redeem CVS coupons, Rx confirmation numbers & selected items I've shopped for online and I can NEVER, EVER connect to CVS Wi-Fi at this location!! It's very VERY frustrating and I have lost many redeemable savings, coupons and money due to this problem!!

TERRIBLE, I went in with my 15 year old niece and all the sudden this short, skinny, older cashier started screaming at her that she was trying to steal things. He wouldn’t talk to her or me in a calmly matter. My niece left the store shaken and scared. If I could give less than a one star, I would.

Mrs. Ana who works at this pharmacy drugstore establishment is an extremely impolite and rude person with customers. I will not come back to this point; people deserve respect.

I’ve been here a couple times, not sure if it’s that they struggle with loss prevention/theft or if they profile you by race or what not but the first time I went I was looking for some makeup and the whole time I was browsing they kept hitting the button for customer assistance on the specific brand product that I was at, i was a bit annoyed since I couldn’t browse comfortably. But after that i just payed and left, so today i went back after a couple months, and as i was looking for some nail gel strips and other makeup… it happened AGAIN! As i walked through each makeup brand they kept hitting the customer assistance button on each brand I looked at… I’ve worked retail and I know exactly what that means, they think you’re potential for stealing, so it doesn’t bother me as much but it’s annoying to see that your being singled out but when other races are there, they don’t mind singling them out by pushing the button. Customer service sucks.

If I could give zero stars I would. They should just close this pharmacy. Worst, most unprofessional, incompetent, lazy staff I have ever experienced. No one is helpful or knowledgeable and when you ask why they don't do their job, they cop an attitude. Literally a joke that they are considered medical professionals. Lord help us all!!!

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! It's easier and faster to go inside to get your prescriptions than it is to use the drive through. And the pharmacists and pharm techs act like they don't care about you at all. I don't know why I'm bothering to write this, because CVS won't read it and even if they do, they won't do anything about it.

The managers the best & gorgeous too! Lol ? His smile makes you wanna smile too! And what's incredible is he's still joyful when the customers in this area can be EXHAUSTING and that I work in too. I just didn't like how some stock in the fridge shows is, but isn't.
