No call to let me know that my prescription was not in stock at this location and would need to be transferred. When I asked if I could go straight there, one of the pharmacist said no because they’re all going to lunch so try in an hour. Called for questions about transfer, waited on hold for 5 minutes just for someone to pick the phone up and hang up immediately. The pharmacy area is dirty and unorganized. This place is terrible

It is the worst pharmacy. The care is terrible, nothing there works, whenever my provider sends medications to that pharmacy they do not have the medication and they leave me waiting up to 1 week, they say they will contact the provider but they do not. That pharmacy does not work, I do not recommend it ??????

What - is-going-on?! I saw how busy they were. It’s pitiful.Pharmacy- is there a negative 1? I don’t know what’s happened to this place-It used to be good. They were friendly, kind, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Articulate, and nice. I’m not sure if this is now a training location since many shut down? It’s gone downhill -fast in the last 2 years. I had surgery, and I called to see if I could have the medications delivered. I was told I’d have to do that through the app, which I keep trying to sign on, and it kicks me out. I was told they could not help me over the phone bc they were too busy. Ok! I get it, but this was important. I’m not sure what happened to Customer Service, It is rare these days, but when you’re working in a pharmacy, you’re dealing with people who obviously need medications for something. It takes a special kind of someone, not ignorance, rude, mumbling, inarticulate, people. I went inside another time ,and a wonderful topper of no eye contact in the pharmacy. That’s not good, and as far as ratings go, and reviews, I’m not the only one. CVS- (this location) You can either go down the toilet, or improve by getting a lot more help, and pharmacists of quality there- OR you won’t have Customers for long! Dropping like flies!

This will be my first negative review ever but I need to share this. I went to the CVS pharmacy at 1:25pm and was told to ‘ come back at 2:00pm we are closed for lunch!’ I told the lady that I was very sick and it would be very hard for me to wait for 30 minutes and I would appreciate if she could help. To which her reply was, ‘we need to eat!’ I went back and sat in my car for the next 40 mins. Went back in at 2:10pm and was told that it will be 30 minutes before my prescription is ready! I told them again that I had been waiting for the last hour on them!! Well, went back through drive through after 30 mins. Stayed in line for another 15 minutes before I got my meds. It shouldn’t be this hard for them to take care of their customers.

They’re doing the best they can. All these negative reviewers— have you had the chance to observe for 10-15 minutes what is actually happening? Constant phone calls, customers at drive thru. Customers standing in line. Complex insurance rules that need to be investigated and sorted through. Doctors’ offices that need to be called. If anything, after posting a negative review, go to CVS website to send a complaint— asking company leaders to care less about its stock price and more about hiring enough staff to manage demand

Never had an issue with this CVS pharmacy. People who don't understand pharmacy operations do not know what it's like to be a pharmacy tech. Granted, some complaints are valid but not all of them.

I never write reviews, but my experience here has been that bad. I submitted my prescription request on Monday, they didn't submit the request until Wednesday, and were stocked out until Friday.On top of that, service has typically been slow and unhelpful for the last year and a half I've used them. Never using this location again.

Always disappointed me with my must have medication they don’t care about anybody but closing right on time!!! Is disgusting why work in the healthcare field then?!! Ridiculous and extremely disappointed!!!

Verryyyyyyyyy unprofessional the pharmacy keeps picking up the phone and literally hanging up this is my 4th time calling them in seconds and everytime she hangs up. my daughter is very sick and she tells me her medication isn’t here so I ask her where is it because this is where her doctor said she was sending it put me on hold and then hung up. Don’t get your medication sent here there unorganized, rude and VERY unprofessional and disrespectful!

Got shooed from the drive through while trying to show the attendant a good rx coupon for 130$ off my prescription. They had taken too long to help the previous two cars ahead of me and said the line was too long for her to put the information in the system. Incredibly rude and ridiculously impatient. The price of the prescription isn’t her fault but her lack of patience while i tried to get a reduced price is RIDICULOUS. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. The Walgreens down the street has better service.

I really wanted to rate this store higher but their customer was not very good. Felt like I was intruding when I asked for assistance. Thankfully the store manager Michael was very helpful

They think everyone’s a thief and will blurt it out if they think you are stealing even if you’ve been in the store one second … that’s why the pharmacy is losing all of the scripts of a govt employee now …
