Can't get anyone to answer the phone....This is not isolated...3rd time this happens. The automated voice is a joke. Time to move my 10 prescriptions and give my money to another pharmacy. I can't do this anymore

I'm not sure why this worker from CVS told me that there is a 5 dollar minimum purchase for cash back. I politely told her that I have came to this specific location plenty of times and done it before but she said the workers prior to doing this we're doing it wrong. Because I ask did they just start doing this? And she said no, it's always been that way. She said her name was Valeria but it seems her badge said Alexandria but either way she lied straight to my face. If that's the case I would just go to the same ATM that's in the store. And this isn't the first time that I've been turned around, if you don't have the cash to cover it than that's one thing but to lie is another. But like I said this store has always ran their own operation regardless of the rules. Today is 7/13/2025 check out the Google response pictures I uploaded which day there isn't a minimum payment and she was obviously just giving me a hard time. Now when CVS gets sued for false advertising than maybe they will tighten up and train their workers on what policies are true and which ones aren't. I'm going back, showing the worker the policy and asking for a manager so there is no excuse. We will see if the lying continues. All they have to do is tell the truth, it's not that hard.

This store needs to fire the pharmacist, she had my daughter waiting for two days for a prescription for a blood clot in her leg which was sent to them via the ER doctor. After these two days of I have to order the medication to I need more information from the ER doctor until late the second day to finally tell her the REAL TRUTH WHICH WAS THAT BECAUSE OF HER INSURANCE (BC/BS) THEY COULD NOT FILL HER PRESCRIPTION. LYING ALL THE TIME, this should have been asked upfront and the ER most likely already had it listed. This Pharmacist spoke with my daughter three times four time in the two day span and never ever asked about her INSURANCE. I tell you NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET MEDICINE FROM THIS STORE NO MATTER WHAT. If anything happens to my daughter behind THIS SHENANIGAN FROM THIS PHARMACIST, THE LAWSUIT LINE BEGINS WITH HER. CHANGE YOUR STORE TO GET YOUR MEDICATION, THIS STIRE HAS GONE TO THE DOGS. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO TAKE STOCK WITH HIS PHARMACY STAFF AND MAKE SOME SERIOUS CHANGES BEFORE SOMEONE HAVE A SERIOUS MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

Got here over an hour before they closed and they were already shutting down the overhead doors and ignoring me inside. Crazy how bad these lazy people don’t want to work.

Poor customer service. This store discriminated against my elderly parents at the pharmacy. The pharmacy didn’t want to help them with their prescriptions even though they had everything ready set up. If you have elderly parents do not get their prescriptions here. Worst CVS in Houston. Do not go there.
