Disorderly layout, unorganized interior. A very irritating fact is that I wanted to buy an item that was behind glass in the shaving section but none of the employees had access to the lock citing they didn't have the key, so I was unable to make the purchase.

I was surprised to learn about a return policy that I had not encountered before with any other brands. I attempted to return unopened items totaling $22, but I was informed that I needed to return them to the original store where they were purchased. As I am currently out of town, this has caused a significant inconvenience. When I inquired whether this is a new policy, two female associates indicated that the store manager had implemented this directive.
I am extremely disappointed, as this situation has caused a significant inconvenience for me.
This experience has led me to reconsider future purchases from CVS. I may be better off shopping at Walgreens or Walmart instead.

Multiple HIPAA violations committed by the pharmacist on mine and my husband's account. Came into the store and I could hear myself on speakerphone as he's talking to me. Canceled all prescriptions with CVS transferred them back to the other company. To find out they're still trying to fill my prescriptions after canceling three times. There is definitely a disconnect somewhere in the store have filed a complaint have heard nothing back from anyone

I’m giving this cvs a 3 star due to the pharmacy department I was very unpleasant with their communication about my 8 yr old son’s prescription . One pharmacist informed that my sons prescription would be ready on 3/11/2025 in an hr I got to pick up his prescription only to informed that my sons medication was not in stock that they had to order it and it would be ready today 3/12/2025 by the afternoon I called the pharmacy only to be notified that my sons would now be ready in 2 days from today like seriously !?? This is not the first incident I had with this pharmacy but this time it has really annoyed me . Their pharmacy are not friendly they always seem to be in a hurry and always mixing up prescriptions . The overall store and staff outside the pharmacy is great . Nice store staff and they’re always quick to assist and help if needed. Store staff keep up talks great work !!! 😀

As always, your employees are great.Again she helped me save money on my purchases, they don’t have to go that far to get customers to use their coupons. But they do and I greatly appreciate it. Great job CVS.
