Literally been on hold for more than 30 minutes. Called back to talk to manager about it I'm being told no one is in the pharmacy when asked why they said they don't know and put me on hold again. You all need to do better. Still on hold smh

REALLY I WOULD GIVE 0 stars if possible but very BAD SERVICE , WASN’T Able to shop at all because a CVS employee accused my sister of stealing simply because she put her phone in her pocket never needed to steal anything LITERALLY can’t even shop DO BETTER CVS WE NEED BETTER . ASKED THE EMPLOYEE TO SEARCH IF SHE SWORE MY SISTER STOLED SOMETHING . HORRIBLE SERVICE .

The CVS at 1802 West Mount Houston Road has employees who are concerned about their customers and have excellent customer service. The employees in the store as well as the Pharmacy have provided me with outstanding customer service and showed they are concerned about what I need from CVS. Thank you for caring. I will return even with the high prices because finding a business that has excellent employees has been hard for me to find.

First time going to this particular CVS and everything was at my fingertip. I didn’t have to hunt for it because the store was very organized. The first impression that I received upon walking in the store was how personal and compassionate the employees were with the customers about helping them and making sure they had everything they needed before going to the register. 2nd was I saw employees making sure the shelves was stocked and neat. 3rd I came across an employee that greeted me so beautifully with a smile. 4th my checkout experience made sure I will visit CVS again❤️

I am unabley to get a result for the Covid 19 antibody test that I did with CVS on May 9th. When I try to logon to the CVS MyChart website I get the message "Login Failed." When I try to change the password the attempt is rejected. The MyChart help line told me to "please call your local CVS pharmacy for assistance." The staff at the pharmacy where I had the test (4700 Kirby Drive in Houston) say they cannot help me as they have no access to results. The phone help line given on the CVS website is actually a nurse support line and cannot help with results at all.I lost my sense of taste last week and would like to confirm that it is due to Covid. My insurance has now been billed for a test for which there is no result, which I suppose will cause difficulty about repeating it at my regular doctor's office. I have no idea what the problem is that is preventing me from getting a result, but the entire experience with CVS has been hideous.

5/4/23Been coming to this place for years & due to one bad experience & I don't ever want to come back.If the lady that worked behind the pharmacy counter tonight, is who you guys hire I will definitely not be coming to this CVS.Even if this place is 5 mins away from me I would rather drive 30 mins to go to another location.

Pharmacist crew are the best. They are very polite, helpful, and the pharmacist explained all the medicine to my brother. He dropped off a prescription and it was filled before we even left the store. Great Service. Thank You?

If you are someone whomWorks with supplies that dirty your attire, then this isn't the store for you. Upon arrival, I went to locate a specific battery that isn't widely available everywhere, and I usually find it at CVS or Walgreens.No less than 5min inside.. a woman appears out of nowhere and asked me if I needed any help, but I'm a manner that was very uncomfortable.I then told her what I was looking for. At that point she just says.. "They're all labeled" then stands there and gives me a stare as if she had trouble with me in the past... (this is my 1st time walking into this CVS) I then just left at that point.. I could feel the disgust in the air. So heavy you could cut it with a knife.
