Not completely sure how to rate this pharmacy. Sometimes, when i pick up meds in person, i have no problems, pharmacy staff is courteous and helpful. But sometimes there is a "glitch". Recently spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to respond, but no one did. That is not acceptable.

The pharmacist who helped me at checkout was very nice and courteous. I also am extremely pleased with the service of the entire staff at this location. I was using a different pharmacy chain prior to switching to CVS and was paying $75/month for a prescription. My first time filling this medication at CVS, they took it upon themselves to reach out to my physician to have the medication split into two separate doses/prescriptions in order to save me money. I now pay less than TWO DOLLARS for this same dosage thanks to CVS staff! I never asked them to do it, and I'm SO thankful they went above and beyond for me all on their own!!

The pharmacist helped me right away. Both he and the technician were kind and helpful. I am really thankful. I had forgotten my pills at home eight hours away. I can't miss these pills.I also observed them giving vaccines and helping others. They were great.

The pharmacist, quoc, is not personable at all. He does not seem to care about the customers in the least and is only there to do a job and collect a paycheck. All the other employees I dealt with at this location were very nice and polite and pleasant to deal with, but the main pharmacist, quoc is a piece of work and is all about himself and no one else. I will not go back to this pharmacy unless they are the only one near me that has my medication which is why I went to them this time. Otherwise I would recommend staying clear of this pharmacy and going to any other CVS in the area.

Probably one of my favorite pharmacies. All of the staff are more than helpful, willing to answer questions, give advice, assist with medication pre authorizations, etc. I intentionally drive past other pharmacies to go to this one.

The lady at this pharmacy was so sweet. It was certainly busy and she seemed a little overwhelmed, yet she remained professional and friendly, and willing to help. It is so hard to find good service like that these days. She helped me figure out an issue with my insurance, it turns out this pharmacy is not in network with them. Too bad, because I would definitely come here if they were.

They will leave you on hold forever and never come back to the phone. Especially if it's 1 hour before closing. Terrible customer service

I have just recently started going to this pharmacy and so far I have a very favorable opinion based on my experience there.The ladies that I have encountered at this location are wonderful !I am sorry that I did not get the lady’s name that helped me yesterday but she handled a problem that my doctor’s office created with grace and finesse.My doctor’s office had sent my prescription to the wrong CVS even though I had thoroughly verified that they knew which one I go to . They were clueless when I called them to try and straighten it out and they told me that the doctor would have to authorize sending it to the correct CVS and that he was currently unavailable.One of the ladies (who must be an angel) overheard part of my conversation with my doctor’s office and said “ Let’s see what can be done on our end to solve this problem “.She went into the computer system for CVSand had the doctor’s order for the prescription moved so that she could process it for me .I WAS SO THANKFUL !!!She work very hard to prepare the order as fast as she could and I was on my way inno time .It is rare in this day to find people that will make your problem theirs and put themselves in your shoes and to me it is Greatly appreciated .
