Just spent 35mins waiting for pickup at the pharmacy. They had 2 customers in front of me. I’m not sure if they were inventing the medicine but they took way too long to service 3 customers. I will be seeking another pharmacy. I didn’t even care about the price, was willing to pay just to get my stuff and get out of there. Avoid going here if you value your time.

Always less than helpful. Tried to charge me $53 for a script for children’s Tylenol after my child’s surgery. Just went to Walgreens and got it for $5. 👋

Sam is awesome!!! The store has made such a huge improvement!! I definitely stopped coming a while back but the improvements and flow of the store has gotten so much better!! Customer service is better and everything!! I definitely appreciate it! I recommend coming back to the area to shop at this location!! Nataly is so patient!! I was doing some coupling and it was a rude customer behind me she handled herself so gracefully!! Definitely will be coming back

This is about the 6th time I come to this location between 8-8:30 and they are NEVER open! Update the hours if you don’t have a responsible employee to open the store. Just wasting your time if you’re trying to come here before 9 SMH.

I just got scammed and with nothing less than $54.00 pesos. I have been visiting this site for 4 days because I had a pharmacy transfer. I have had my son with shortness of breath for 3 nights waiting for the medication and it turns out that first during the transfer the order disappeared. Well, wanting to resolve, I agree to go back and buy a nebulizer but I receive a second message that my order is ready and I think it is the antistaminic Citerizine, which is what I always give my son. It turns out that when I picked up the order they charged me the total of $54.00 pesos without explaining anything about the content or its possible use. But I come back because really a mask or two for asthma spray was not what I asked for at any time. My order at the pharmacy said nebulizer mask, nothing to do with what I received. But add to that that my son is only 3 years old and this spray mask is for adults. When I returned I was shown a sign that nothing was refundable and my impression was that they were waiting for me to give me this answer. It's not the money, it's that I continue to have my son with a lack of antitamine and with something in hand that I don't need. And let's talk about those who serve as soon as they look at your face. They throw your medications on the table I paid for and Next the line.

I had bought a few items on impulse that morning at the store in Humble and decided to return them at this store as it was on my way. Needless to say, there was a totally incompetent employee, Jasmine , who couldn’t even process a return with a receipt. And usually managers are able to help in such situations. But the manager , Carlos was even more incompetent and told Jasmine I can only return stuff at the humble location. It was hard to believe these were actually paid employees working for CVS!! God help this store !!
