Kristie was working the pharmacy window when I drove up. I was picking up a prescription that was ready. I don’t know why, but she had an instant dislike of me. I smiled and was courteous to her and her responses to me was not at all courteous. She was annoyed and ill-mannered to me. I’m thankful I wasn’t feeling ill and crummy because that would have made me feel sad. I didn’t deserve this treatment from her. Walgreens pharmacy techs never treat me badly. They are always kind and gracious. I am considering transferring my families meds. I don’t deserve to be treated poorly when I have not done anything to deserve it. I HAVE to pick up this med, but I DON’T HAVE to pick it up at cvs. Thank you for reading my review.

I’ve used this CVS location for few years now to fill my prescriptions. Not sure what changed but pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and rude.

Can't get prescriptions in a timely manner. I have a specific day & time to take this medication. I try to get it in the computer early so they can get it filled a day before I have to take it. The automated system won't refill until it's past due & the pharmacist is just plain rude when asked if I can get my meds one day before I have to take. I need to find another pharmacy or at least another location.

Horrible experience, worst waiting time ever! And only 2 customers waiting! Staff not friendly in the pharmacy never going back for my prescriptions! Absolutely unacceptable, I understand now why so many people complaint about this Cvs Pharmacy location.

I have shopped at this location before but today I was told I could not bring my purse into the store as it was a new corporate policy and they don’t allow big purse in the store. Before I could even pick up anything! I was in shock! It’s rude and offensive to individuals. Myland was rude and proceeded to say well you can’t shop here! The tone of voice I was appalled. There is plenty of other places to shop but being a black female corporate employed by CVS I was there to use my discount. He said that is a new policy. I don’t understand the policy big or smaller purse anyone can still take advantage. So the policy will simply be no purse in the store at all. I did go to another location and had no issues with my bag. I called customer relations and file a report against the store and him for discrimination. If it was a company policy they would have a sign stating this not an individual person deciding who can and can’t shop at this location.

Manager gave up too easy. I went to pay my rent and manager accepted my money and put it in the cash register. The system rejected my payment and when I asked manager to retry she stated it would just do the same and reject it. Didn’t even try to accommodate me. Short changed me by 20 until I bought it to her attention. Went down the street to the other CVS and no issues ( which is my normal CVS) Will not be back to this CVS they give up to easy.

If I could give zero stars I would. CVS is awful. Over the last 10 years their customer service has gone from barely acceptable to awful. Pharmacy associates will lie to you.

I want to give store #7475 zero stars. No cashiers available. “Manager” insulted me, argumentative, raised his voice and refused to help me. I am transferring all prescriptions and will never enter CVS store #7475 on Kingwood Dr again. Walgreens can have all my business going forward since they hire cashiers and train their employees on how to have respectful interactions with customers.

On 4/2, at around 8:30 pm, I was picking up my husband"s medicine, and the guy in the drive thru said it was not ready in 15 minutes, so I went around and waited in the parking lot and went back in line and there was 1 car ahead of me and when I moved forward the blinds were closed because it was already closed and I was in line before 9pm. And I can see them inside hurrying up to leave. Didnt even bother to acknowledge. This is not my first incident of their unprofessionalism. Very poor customer service.

This location has poor service.
They will hang up on you.
A male agent hung up on me 5x. He didnt even bothered to ask my needs.
It took them so long to process my prescription meds.
