I visited the store to find out if any shipment of drugs/syringes were delivered for me to pick up for my son . The assistant at the counter was nice and polite. Then I was approched by another lady who accused me of not giving any information about the patient. I said politely that I have given her staff details of the patient, and was looking for any shipment to pick up. Overall, her demeanor was very aggressive and rude. I pointed out that I appreciated her help, but her attitude was unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager, Cassandra. I do not know if anyone else in the store complained against her, but my wife had similar bad experiences with her several times. She needs training for appropriate customer service, and is not fit to be a leader.

Doctor sent the prescription three times for my five year old with a double ear infection. Had to call it in the third time. Took them 45 minutes (until 9PM) with my daughter standing in her pajamas next to me. The pharmacist was kind, but the tech wasn’t. He kept saying someone is working on it. I eventually asked what was happening and who was working on it. The medication was sitting there, but needed the pharmacist to confirm the medication. The pharmacist was taking drive through orders. The tech continued to stand there until I asked him to please get the pharmacists approval. They then had me pay and then the pharmacist had to mix the medication (amoxicillin). A little kindness or empathy from the tech would have gone a long way in this situation but instead the 45 minutes, three calls to the doctors office, sick kiddo and combative attitude left me exhausted and underwhelmed.

Brandon and Calandre are absolute rockstars. They went above and beyond for me and even made me smile despite being in pain. Thank you!

I keep getting phone calls from this store, hours away, never been there. Man/person answering phone would not give me district or area manager contact info. He would not give his/its name to me, nor would he get me the store manager for me to speak with regarding a Federal violation.

Wow! Totally different experience than the CVS in Pearland. Found my prescription, transferred it and filled it with a smile! What a difference personnel make!!

The other 1 star reviews speak for themselves. Worst pharmacy you’ll ever deal with. They made me wait 30 minutes for doctor approval to then tell me they’re out of stock of the medication.

If you are Black stay away from this CVS. The manager who is of Middle Eastern descent is prejudice and is not very smart either. Me and my daughter were helping my elderly mother use her Medicare card to purchase her monthly allowance for otc. The manager tells us we are taking too long with the cashier and that the cashier has other things to do. So I said we can leave, are you telling us to leave? He said No. Then he said we are taking the cashier away from her duties. So by all means we don’t want to do that. I said she can do whatever she needs to do. Then my daughter asked if we can use self check out since the cashier has to go. He said No. The cashier was nice and pleasant. How is it that you are not even from the U.S but have the nerve to be racist. You don’t want the cashier to help us and we can’t use self checkout and you said you don’t want us to leave but if we can’t make a purchase by the very things that allow us to make purchases why would we stay. My mom got her items because the cashier said she didn’t have any other duties to complete. We will never go back to CVS again. Just say No Blacks and you want have to worry about us coming to your store.

Very poor service at that pharmacy. The trainee pharmacist told me to wait I will refill the medicine then he said talk to the pharmacist who started taking other customers to help while I waited for more than half an hour. Then she talked to me after she saw me standing and she said the prescription was not available and I have to finish helping other people. She said the one that helped you was a trainee. I told her, then try to train him. I don’t understand why didn’t that trainee tell me that the prescription was not available instead of wasting my time. I am upset from how that trainee did not provide any assistance. That is how CVS pharmacy is like. They have poor service!!!

Chick at the window in the pharmacy with the locs is RUDE!!! I pulled up to the window to get my dad’s prescriptions and she didn’t even want to greet me. She says name and date of birth and I give it to her. She puts the prescriptions in the basket and walks away. Doesn’t say is there anything else I can help you with or have a good day - NOTHING. This is the second time she’s lacked basic customer service skills today. I came earlier and she again refused to greet me. Being polite to customers is her JOB. Standing silently at the window as if I’m supposed to read your mind or treating me as if I showed up to her house unannounced is UNACCEPTABLE. Common decency should be a basic standard at CVS Pharmacy. But I should know better than that considering that I worked for the company on the clinical side for 3 years and being polite didn’t exist then either. CVS Health, DO BETTER.
