Terrible pharmacy. They never have your prescriptions ready, do not provide alerts when orders are filled and don’t answer the phone. Don’t waist your time. Find another pharmacy.

Seriously, why does this location have low ratings, it's awesome!! I tried some allergy medicine and it worked!! Restrooms and Store itself is clean!! Nothing else but a good CVS!

I worked pretty late to get my poster and uploaded. When I came this morning, it is not even printed. They promised to get it ready by 3am (within 2 hours). They asked me to come back to pick up again. This is just ridiculous. Cancelled my order.

Horrible customer service! The pharmacy made two separate mistakes and blamed the customer on thier mistakes! As a medical professionals myself, I have never seen such incompetence and would never trust that pharmacy with any medication.

CVS Pharmacy doesn't deserve any stars! I hate giving bad reviews, but CVS company really needs to do something about their customer service! I'm sorry for saying this, but I'm not really sorry. EVERYONE IN THE PHARMACY are RUDE!!! They always seemed annoyed when you're picking up prescriptions or calling them for questions. They always in a hurry and if you're not quick enough, they will hang up on you!! I get it, they're busy. But all pharmacies are busy, but they're not rude!!! They have a line or something, but can't they be polite? Ask the customer if there's anything that they can help you with? Or at least speak nicely, NOT like they're ANNOYED because you ask more than 2 questions! It seems like they don't want to talk to anyone more than 30 seconds and it will take you at least 5 minutes to get a live person if you're lucky! That's why I don't go to CVS. Too bad one of my clients have them for her prescriptions. Even the CVS on Chimney Rock/I-10 staff are the same.

Slow, rude attitude, really don't have anything good to say about this location unfortunately. Pharmacy needs to learn how to treat customers with kindness and respect.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They used to be fast and efficient but now they are incompetent, lazy, slow and have a horrible attitude toward customers.

I was there to take pictures of my baby girl for her passport, April 7, 2021, around 12 noon, and only the manager was on site.I asked if he was working alone, and he confirmed, adding that everybody went on a break. The manager (sorry I didn't see his name) was so patient with my girl, that was behaving really bad (hungry and tired). Not only he was helping us, he also somehow managed to help other customers check out with self-checkout area.He was really juggling it. Very courtious, professional, knowledgeable, such a great experience. He is definitely a great asset to the company CVS and should be promoted with raise, cause this guy has got it. Crisis or not, he was pressing on to have it all done.On the contrast, an African American cashier that came back from break and checked me out with my purchases, was not very helpful. He somehow failed to put my number into the system to get me my coupons, was taking too much time joking around with my baby (I was almost fainting from all the struggle earlier) and didn't offer to put my purchases in a bag, only after I asked. Cashier was friendly, pleasant, but I wish he was paying more attention to his actual duties. In general, thanks to the store manager, it was a great experience. Thank you for reading.

Prepare to be followed if you're not of the upper class, high calibre, and proper skin tone that's expected of this area. I can't wait for this place to be bulldozed.

The pharmacy here is simply terrible. I had never encountered such issues with filling a simple generic prescription (that I have used for several years now) as what I did here. I was using them for a couple of months as my primary pharmacy and switched at my doctors’ suggestion after so many inexplicable issues arose. They first claimed the issue was my insurance with one medicine, which made no sense as I’ve had this same insurer for multiple prescriptions of this medicine over the years and without any trouble. They then claimed the doctor had sent the wrong number of pills in the prescription and so my insurance was refusing to cover it. My doctor, however, confirmed that they’d twice sent them this prescription and clearly/correctly marked for 90 days.Next, they claimed I had already picked up another medication from them, which I simply had not done. I did not have the medication, and I have no record of any such transaction on any of my accounts. (I do not use cash at all.)I was also out of state on the date they claimed I had collected the medicine, and when I told them this, they changed the date they were saying I had collected the medicine. When I reiterated that regardless of their claims I did not have my medication, hoping they would try to assist me instead of behaving as they were, they dug in their heels.Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, they stated they’d have to review security footage to verify what had happened. Frankly, they were treating me like a criminal over an asthma-control medication that isn’t even subject to abuse (not a controlled substance, narcotic, or anything capable of producing a “high”) *and* risking my health and well being in the process. This was just the icing on the cake, as I’ve always found their pharmacy staff to be brusque and unpleasant, always acting hurried but yet somehow always the slowest pharmacy I’ve encountered. It seems they’re under staffed and not only to the extent of being unable to keep up with their prescription inflow but also to the point of making such massive errors as they did with my asthma-control medication.

After moving to Houston, I looked for a CVS location (preferably drive-through), but most of the locations have two stars or three stars, and reviews were not helpful. I needed the refill and decided to visit this location in the morning, hoping fewer people will be inside the store. The store is clean, but due to the limited space store is filled with the essential inventory. I went to the pharmacy and met Victoria, who politely responded to all my questions and concerns. She totally represents this location so warmly that I decided to give this location 5 stars. Each of us represents wherever we are and no matter its work or any area of our life. I asked her why this location has fewer stars on Yelp, and she only smiled and said we are doing our best during this chaotic time. That time I thought when we ask for patience and respect from others, we keep forgetting it's a two-way street. Thank you, Victoria, for being thoughtful and understanding. Love to see you again next month.
