Worst pharmacy ever! They lied to me and lead me on for two weeks about my prescription refill. The staff was soo unprofessional and lack customer service and communication. They need to revamp the whole staff and put quality workers in place to provide better care for their customers

The drive-thru at this CVS pharmacy is very slow, rude customer service, and the only reason I'm using them is because my health insurance says I have to. I would prefer to use Walgreens who has better customer service.

I have always went thru drive thru for prescriptions and no problem. i just went in today for dental floss and teeth whitening strips and there's where the problem started. Since the strips are in a lock cabinet an an employee need to unlock to obtain. Yolanda was in the front assisting customers in self checkout. I asked her could I get some asstance and by this time she's on her cell phone but did nod her head. I went back and waited still no help. I ask the pharmacist for assistance and he immediately got on speaker for assistance. Ok no still did not show up. I go back to front and Yolanda busy talking to ups driver. Did not acknowledge if I still needed help. I walked out of the store so pissed but went back in and got her name. this store definitely deserves 0

If i could rate a 0 i would! This is one of the most nasty dirty stores ever!! Man i remember maybe 6-8 yrs back they had other workers friendly! Clean store! They would always ask of we were okay. Now you ask a question and seems to be an issue if you do.. they have this self pay machine that literally makes you wait for someone for every item you scan! Whats the point of it then! Dirty! Dirty! Rude employees having their own fun time while working! They should just close down!

I've frequent this CVS for years. Its location is convenient. I've never been so disgusted with the way I was treated today. The pharmacy personnel need more training in Customer Service. Not all of them are rude, but here lately the ones I've had to deal with are very rude and condescending. The wait is long and sometimes they call you to pick up the prescriptions and when you get there, they are not ready. I picked up RX's for my son and one was not in the bag when I got home; one that was not ordered was in the bag instead. The pharmacist said it needed to be renewed and I asked why they don't let the patient know when a RX needs a new prescription. I was told I talk to loud, and that did not sit well with me. I had a few words with the young man, and he asked me if I was though talking because I talked to loud. He just doesn't know, I was very controlled. I told him this is my speaking voice. I told him he had no customer service skills and was rude and disrespectful along with a few choice words. Believe me I will be changing my sons prescriptions across the street to Walgreens. I have already changed mine. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. I've actually moved to another part of the Houston area but choose to stay with this particular pharmacy. The customer service is GREAT. I love the atmosphere..

in the last week I have been coming to this CVS location for a long time now since I live and work in the area. I have never had an issue until today. I have never been so offended before in my life! I went into the store with my husband. He went to the pharmacy and I asked the associate who was in the front of the store if I could use the restroom. She said that she did not know the code or have a key or something but another associate at the register said to go on back and he would page someone. As I walked to the back by restroom I heard him page for Oliver to call some extension. I waited for a few minutes by the door and soon saw a man in a white shirt and khaki pants coming toward me. I noticed his name tags said Oliver something store manager. I was thinking he was about to let me into the restroom, but he turned down an aisle pushing a shopping basket. I didn't say anything to him but I assumed that he was going to come back after speaking to someone in the front of the store. A couple of minutes later. My husband came back from the pharmacy. I was talking to him about his prescription when I noticed that Oliver was standing at the end of the aisle staring at me. I thought that was pretty weird but I didn't think anything of it other than the fact that I needed to hurry home because I apparently was not going to be able to use the restroom there, and it was starting to be an emergency. We walked down the aisle toward Oliver and he asked my husband what the problem was with his prescription. My husband replied to him and we continued to leave the store. Then Oliver said to me, "Be nice." I smiled and replied, "I'm always nice." He the said, " No, you be nice when you come in my store, or else you can't come in here anymore. And you know what I'm talking about." I was completely confused by his comments but what made his implications clear to me was the fact that he followed us out of the store walking no more than one foot behind me. I'm pretty sure that this man was implying that I was trying to steal or something. I could not believe what what was happening and I was totally appalled by the whole thing. I am absolutely not a thief and if this is the way he treats customers, then I will never go back to this store. Walgreens is just across the street and I'd rather shop there anyway. I am also filing a complaint with corporate.
