So came tonight after work and this older Hispanic lady stocking was sooo helpful. She showed me some deals and how to get coupons to save. From a $10 purchase to $2. Great help.

Great store great location just there was a cashier named Kimberly that really didn't treat costumers well and had a bad attitude not good for business and for a great retail like CVS that deserves better than those type of employees I love your store and have seen better improvements lately for the best for everyone glad too see better employees now that are very helpful now

I came in recently to make a deposit on my card. It was already a busy crazy day for me and man named Abel (sorry if I misspelled it) gave me an outstanding job of customer service. He was professional, eager to help, empathetic and understanding, he made my visit really easy and made my day a bit better! Thank you so much again Abel! He deserved 10 stars across the board.

Pharmacy completely shut down for their lunch hour… My mom just had surgery… And I can’t pick up her pain meds because everyone has to eat lunch at the same time??

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at CVS Pharmacy. I went in to fill a prescription, and the lady behind the counter told me the cost was $57. When I mentioned that I had insurance, she insisted that was the price because they were using the “GoodRx discount.” I told her I had Cigna insurance, but she still claimed the price was $57. Reluctantly, I paid, out of frustration.
Afterward, I called my insurance, and they confirmed that the cost should only be $11. They even called CVS directly to sort it out. I then had to go all the way back to the store to get a refund. Not only was I treated rudely during the entire process, but when I called CVS initially and when they called me back, they were dismissive and unhelpful. When I went in for the refund, the staff continued to be rude and unprofessional.
I stayed polite and professional the whole time, but was treated as if I had done something wrong, when it was CVS's mistake from the start. The lack of professionalism, the rudeness, and the overall poor customer service were completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I have had a few unpleasant encounters with an employee by the name of KIMBERLY at this location. She is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. She has a nasty attitude and it actually has made me want to avoid this store at all costs, even though its a more convenient location for me. The last time i was in i stood in the line and needed to be assisted by an associate because i had a mobile gift card. She literally rolled her eyes and said something under her breath when I showed her my gift card. If i find myself in the store again and catch the same attitude from her, it will be addressed accordingly.

Been here a couple of times and each time I've asked this one particular lady for help she always has an ugly attitude. First visit I tried asking for her to cut the security tag and she immediately cuts me off by saying to get someone else when that "someone else" was obviously helping another customer. Second visit I asked her to help me with opening a security sealed item and no comment but I get an eye roll in response. This is during the night shift. I didn't get her name but she's the short white woman with the frizzy looking bunch of strands she calls a ponytail. Very red in the face and may be racist? Not sure, but if someone knows her name please let me know. Again, she works the night shift. Very poor people skills since she's selective on who she's nice with. Immature little woman having the same attitude of a 13-year old girl going thru her period for the first time. CVS do better I was really refraining myself from calling her some names she's earned for herself. Hope you read this!

No public restrooms unless the pharmacy is opened, no cashier's available (according the only worker literally sitting on the broken self-checkout on her phone) unless the pharmacy is open, not really sure what the point of being open 24 hours a day is if you don't even operate at half capacity for the majority of them.
I somehow doubt the pharmacists are cleaning the public restroom or responsible for it so I can only assume, especially since she barely looked up from her phone, that she just didn't feel like helping us. 8:50 PM Sunday 5/5, and I won't be back.

Went up to the drive thru window at precisely 1:29. The closed the shades right as I got to the window. I know they're closed from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch, but you owe me a minute

Three people watching me like a hawk as I buy one jug of laundry detergent is crazy. I try to come here as little as possible because I don’t like being an assumed thief or criminal for the crime of shopping late.
Actually. I will never come here again. I felt like a black person in 1950.
