They were able to find the items they needed, and the checkout process was quick and easy, unlike past experiences where there was always a long line and only one register open. The pharmacy staff, including Debbie, Sanja, and Jack, have been described as the nicest and most helpful group of pharmacists that customers have ever seen. They work exceptionally well together, and customers have been easily impressed, rating them as worthy of a "forced 6 Stars." While there have been some instances of perceived short-handedness or busyness, the pharmacy staff is still preferred over other options, with the exception of a new staff member who was initially described as rude and not useful to seniors over the phone.
I hadn't been to this CVS in a while, so I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and uncluttered the store was. I found the items I came in to buy (I had checked the website to see if my items were available) and they were. Check out was quick and easy. In the past there was always a long line and only one register open.
