I DONT RECOMMEND --- The pharmacy never answers the phone. Pharmacist and pharmacy techs always have an attitude. If they didn't want to be in the pharmacy why they choose to be in the pharmacy and rude to clients/patients. And no im not just mad I've been dealing with this location for over 3+ years now. I get my kidney transplant medications from here and they just make me feel bad everytime i have to talk to them. Being a patient is hard as it is , don't they know that.

I just wanna thank Dr Eden he saved my son’s life again ! He is the greatest . I just wanna also thank Dr Tameya for telling my auntie to come in to fix her insurance . This is the greatest . I mean the freaking greatest pharmacy ever ! Ahahahaha. Yes yes yes !

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the pharmacy staff at this location. Today they saved my daughter's life. She was on her way to school and realized that she forgot her purse which contains all of her diabetic supplies and she was already an hour from home and was starting to have a diabetic incident and needed insulin. She called me as she was driving and needed help, so I found this was the closest CVS to her and I called them to let them know that she was a type I diabetic in need of insulin and she was on the way there for help with getting some. We are CVS pharmacy customers but not at this location. When my daughter arrived they knew who she was and immediately assisted her with everything that she needed in order to get her blood sugar under control. We are both so grateful for everything! Thank you for being so understanding, patient, and for going into action. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Worst service EVER went to get meds after being told they were ready, but were not so I returned 4 hrs later they told me meds were lost, and laughed told me to come back the next day, I waited over 30mins to get nothing, VERY POOR SERVICE, these are someone's medicine that we are talking about, sad to say this IS NOT A case you want to try again to see if they will get it right.... PEOPLE HAVE CHOICES!!! NEVER AGAIN CVS PHARMACY WILL YOU GET TO LAFF AT LOSING SOMEONE MEDS...

The African Pharmacist at the location is very rude. The Technician gives you the wrong information. I live one light from the location, their service is horrible. I go 6 miles out of my way to get the service I need and they are 1.3 miles from my house.I worked at AmerisourBergen and Pharmerica Pharmacy for 19 Years and 19 Years at Texas Instruments. Customer Service is very important to me.Thanks,

Maaan CVS yawl need to fire everybody that's a pharmacist on Cullen near Airport! They do not answer the phone at all..They are rude as well! I don't understand why people work somewhere they don't like! How u goan be a pharmacist knowing what comes with the job and have the nerve to be rude and don't answer the phone...smh yawl outta there! Fire them all and hire dependable, punctual people pleeeease!

My son is on a prescription twice dailey, I haven't had any issues with this CVS, I even asked about deliveres the pharmacy tech told me exactly what to do, plus its right down the road so it works put perfectly.

I have spent over 20 minutes holding waiting for someone to just pick up the phone! And they JUST opened! No reason to sit on hold for so long. Ridiculous! Hung up and called back. Spoke to the front who then put me back on hold for another 3 minutes before I finally just hung up. This is the worst customer service ever !!!!!

Worst experience calling to speak to Store Manager June 10,2023 at 11:20 am someone by name Jasmine answer the after holding for 30 minutes she picked the phone up hang up in my face ... called the second time she answered were you the one just called yessss ..her response oh ok I thought it was someone else then put me back on hold this time another passed waiting music still going she picks up hang up in face again very unprofessional and rude she needs more training on customer experience I will be calling corporate
