Ordered pictures to be picked up and they were not ready, had to wait for all my pictures to be printed. I paid for the pictures online and they tried to charge me. I told the cashier girl that I had already paid and she proceeded to call her manager Alex, he then said I needed to pay. I showed him my confirmation of the order and for pick up and he said I still had to pay. I legit had to show them on my bank account that CVS had already withdrawn the amount from my account and only then did they believe me. Even though I had already showed them my receipt and order confirmation. Horrible customer service, definitely won’t come back to this location ever!

The lady here so rude to this man today I walked in around 3:10 pm cashier nasir something like tht was so rude to her fellow employees as well just screaming at them while I was in front trying to just get my 2 items then there was a man before me he was elderly and well was screaming at him telling him in such a rude way I'd never seen customer service like this ever in my life . Please get it together cvs
