Dang, the pharmacist, is awesome! When I was picking prescriptions for a family member, I was a little surprised by the cost. Dang pointed me to some available discounts that gave me a much better price. While figuring the discounts out, he let me wait by the side while he continued to help customers that were in line behind me. And when I was ready, he resumed helping me right away. Thanks, Dang!

If I can put 0 star. I definitely do it. The front desk very young lady is very impatient, disrespectful,she is racism cause I can't speak English influently. Suggest the manager to train your staff well.

It mainly went into CVS to use the chime ATM because it is one of the only free locations. I like this location because it is very clean and the employees seem friendly. However, they seem to be higher on their prices and some other comparable stores.

Peyman, the lead tech is truly the best technician in the entire CVS chain. He has dedicated many years to this company and is truly an asset that deserves to be recognized and promoted.

I have never been able to go to this location and just drop a prescription off with no issue. Every month they call me and I have to go over the same thing I went over the month before. Specifically today Blanca called me and said she was a tech and could not fill the prescription. I tried to explain to her that I have given the information they needed numerous times and not only was I tired of it but it was also an inconvenience to the doctor to have to call them every month to give them the same information. Instead of listening to me she was rude but kept talking over me. I, of course, called her out on it and she didn't like it too well. Blanca, don't treat customers rude and expect them to just take it. She then put the pharmacist, Michel Morgan on the phone and he was no help. He was the one I spoke to last month with the same issue. He tried to tell me the problem was with my doctor's office, of course, that was incorrect. Once he did his research he saw he was wrong and called me to to say he got things corrected but did not want to fill the prescription. I had transferred my prescription elsewhere because after months and months of the same issue, I refuse to go here any longer. It's quite comical the pharmacy staff wants to refuse service because they don't like to be corrected or told how rude they are. There are numerous reviews about how rude they are here, yet nothing changes. CVS corporate really needs to investigate this location.

Customer Service was rude! I was at the drive through waiting for assistance and they just ignored me on purpose even when she said that she would be coming out to help. They were standing near the window! right in front of my face! and she was just stroking her hair and chatting with others while I waited for about half an hour! I am not an impatient person but for the first time, I was sooo impatient and even had the urge to bang on the window.

Bad service. Bad attitude. I ordered 2 prescriptions for my son but the lady just gave me 1 prescription. I was in hurry and didn’t check the bag, when I’m home opened it and saw just 1 prescription. My son has insurance but she said no cover and charged me $41, I asked why she said insurance not cover I feel so bad

Worst place ever to fill your prescription they are very slow. Every time that it's time to refill my daughters prescription all they do is pass the phone to each other not even knowing what they're supposed to do it is very frustrating. Lines are always long because they're always taking so long to get the prescriptions nobody wants to work here. I am changing pharmacies they have no clue what they're doing here.
