came in for passport pics, the Indian man at the front told me i have to wait 5-10 mins for no reason. he just rang up a customer and was finished he claims he had to help someone who walked in AFTER me.. which you can def see on the camera. unacceptable i should be serviced just as any other customer i shouldn't have to wait for you to chose when your ready to work, stop being lazy the store is already self serve it shouldn't take nothing but a second to do a passport pic they need to shut down this store just like they did the rest in the area

If there were zero stars I would rate 0 stars. I went to get the medicine on Thursday afternoon, the lady told me to get it the next day because it was not available, they took my phone number to let me know when I could come. The next day after I finished work and ran there 7 minutes before they closed, but the lady at the drive-thru did not give me the medicine and told me to come back the next day. Meanwhile my child needs the medicine to use. I do not understand how they work?

Ordered online SAME DAY poster that i needed urgently. I went the same day she said it won’t be done today. But stated it will be done before 11am next day. I go and she said sorry someone needed to call you to let you know it wasn’t gonna be done. Awful management since i worked here back in 2020 LOL

Have always came and never had any issues with anybody but i went today at associate asked me if i was stealing cause my sister droped her phone i picked up and put it in her pants in the makeup section clearly where the can see me i stated and and she proceed to tell me that the students come in and steal all the time so i asked and said do i look like a student to you she walked of making rude comments i went to pay for my thing and then asked for her name cause she had no name tag and was wearing airpods during her shift on the floor aswell she ignored me and walked of with another customer i asked again and she finally asked it was noemi clearly the manger needs to speak to his associate about not being rude and about dress code
