We’ve been going here for years. Everyone is helpful and professional.
They are constrained by rules from big healthcare providers. Please take negative reviews with a grain of salt. People seem to blame the pharmacy for their own mistakes or misunderstanding or from their providers.

Do not trust this CVS pharmacy on Hilcroft and N Braeswood. The service is very bad. They treat you badly. After they lose the prescriptions, I brought the prescription and they said it was lost. My son has an infection. Today I have to go or call the doctor but wait until the next day. The staff at this pharmacy are not professionals. Do not trust them. They clean their hands saying that we do not bring anything. It made me laugh.

My first time dealing w CVS pharmacy. My MD sent prescription on Friday. I was told my pain medication was out of stock but they would have on Monday. Called Monday and the message I received was it could be several weeks before I got the medication. So, if u have a very painful surgery do not depend on CVS to have your medication. I am back w dependable Wallgreens. Wallgreens closed for renovations but is now open.

The worst ever customer service ever ?
Pharmacy is functioning on 2nd grade level
It took me 3 days and 45 phone hangups to finally get my Bloodpressure meds filled ?
I highly recommend retraining

Rude as hell, the woman who attends is also super bitter, the one with the gray mirrors, they take a lot of time, they don't have things ready, horrible people.

Tried to transfer my prescription. They told me I had to call Walgreens so Walgreens could call them to request the transfer (why can't you just call them yourself?). When Walgreens finally got a hold of them, they said my prescription had expired even though it had already been filled and they were ready to take my money for it. This simple process was turned into a two day headache for no good reason.

Late 12/21/23, the young, male employee was not even remotely helpful, did not attempt to find the answer to my question about his store's sale on certain items, arrogant, low IQ, impatient, lazy, felt the need to tell me something I didn't ask and already knew while hovering over me at self checkout & all around clueless.I will not be returning to this store.
