CVS I was attempting to start back shopping there since y'all have chime services . So I had previous incident with CVS many years ago to lead me to boycott CVS. I recently had to send emergency money out via chime which was helpful. So I had a ok experience and I was like maybe I can go back to shopping at CVS again. I was wrong. I walked into the store I said hello to the security guard I walked around the snack area looking for bluebird products and I didn't see it . Y'all had a very good vendor for that product. As you can see it been awhile like I said shopping there I saw hostess honey buns and I was tempted to buy two but it is just way too sweet for me so I just walked around looking at products and pricing and I get ready to leave and the security guard asked me what do I have in my pocket. Smh . I am like what are you talking about. Dude like what do you have in your pocket and I was like you think I took something. So you are saying that I am stealing. I took out stuff from the pocket he pointed to and dude is changing his tune telling me to leave and that he deals with this all the time. I said so what I work retail too but I don't go around accusing people of stealing just because they walk in and walked out. Y'all need to train the security guard especially the one with the star tatts on his face. I was there Thursday July 10 , 2025 around 12:15-12:20 pm window of time I was the guy with the brown cap black T-shirt and army green cargo pants. The security guard never said I am sorry nor apologized . I was shocked because I work up the street at central market and we have crazy problems with theft but I don't go tell people you got stuff in your pockets. Not just that but please review the camera footage of the time period and please get better trained guards.

Today I had the most delightful help from a young lady in CVS. She not only helped me find what I needed but was extremely sweet about it!

I buy my prescriptions at the pharmacy. The store is nice, the pharmacy is very good and the people are very responsive. I was especially impressed with the work effort of Mr. Tony Do. Great job and thank you to all and Mr. Do in particular.

This is not about your staff, they know me and are always extremely helpful.
This is about your overzealous courtesy officer parking lot attendant, Curtis.
I'm a delivery driver, this was in a zone that said pick up orders were coming through so I was hoping to catch some.
Curtis approached me as if I had been loitering for hours, causing a problem and it was literally about 5 min if that, and he asks " Can you tell me why you are sitting in my parking lot?" Mind you the parking lot has maybe 3 cars in it at the time. Maybe he drank too many red bulls idk, but talk about harassing out of maybe boredom?
I explained that I was hoping to get an order for CVS that may come through, as I wiped off my windshield.
I've heard stories about the franchise owner towing people "just because" but my God, he had a terrible temperament and told me I couldn't wait there.
I get it, there are some stragglers occasionally, but I definitely don't appreciate his aggressively and abrasive behavior. I may have been consulting with my doctor about medicine for all he knew.
I'm a frequent shopper there, at least I was. I don't deserve being harassed for no reason.
No other parking lot attendant has questioned what I am doing there ever, especially after 5 minutes.
Bad apple Curtis. I hope he doesn't have hopes on becoming a cop, could be a dangerous scenario.

Horrible experience with the pharmacist Jideofor! I use the drive-through to pick up a new prescription today, before driving off I realize that it was the generic brand and I don’t take generic brand medication, so I went inside to speak to the pharmacist, Jideofor refuse to take the medication back, even though I explained to him that it wasn’t the medication that I needed. I was asking him a few questions because I didn’t understood why he couldn’t take it back even though he just gave it to me. I did not like his attitude he was a little rude. We should feel comfortable, asking questions to the pharmacies refilling our prescriptions without filling this way.

Would be lower if possible. Heaven forbid you are sick and need a prescription filled here. Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent and worst off, neglects to tell you they don’t have your rx until three days later, over the holiday weekend. Oh also don’t other to call, CVS will try to make you download an app instead of talk to a person. Go to HEB.

DONT SHOP HERE. They won’t let you use the restrooms if you have to go. They tell you is out of order but is not true.

Some arrogant pharmacist name Jide Okafor told me to wait 20 minutes outside it turned to almost 2 hours waiting. Very bad for business. Never will I go there again. Rude dude.
