Would be lower if possible. Heaven forbid you are sick and need a prescription filled here. Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent and worst off, neglects to tell you they don’t have your rx until three days later, over the holiday weekend. Oh also don’t other to call, CVS will try to make you download an app instead of talk to a person. Go to HEB.

Some arrogant pharmacist name Jide Okafor told me to wait 20 minutes outside it turned to almost 2 hours waiting. Very bad for business. Never will I go there again. Rude dude.

CVS always has my medication in stock when some places don’t so that’s why I go here. But for now on I will be going to a farther location to avoid this one. Not only do they not pick up the phone they are extremely slow. I came June 17 at 6:00 pm and waited 30 minutes for my medication. Not only was it slow but the lady was rude. She tried to tell me I have no insurance and they don’t take mine so I have to pay close to $200. This was my first time picking up meds from this CVS but I have had no issue in the past. Don’t go here

Get service from both pharmacist on staff ⚕️ this evening. Both Marie and Victoria was patient and very helpful with fulfillment of my mother's prescriptions and finding additional discount towards the cost. ????

Extremely fast and great service. Literally got my prescription in 2 minutes from driving in the drive thru. Maybe I got lucky but I appreciated it a bunch!

This CVS changed their hours since Covid yet the website shows 24 hours. This is terrible for people who are sick and travel to this location only to find out it’s closed.

Kathryn was absolutely amazing. Great customer service skills and pleasant attitude. She was by herself, helping 4 customers and FedEx delivery/ pick up or whatever FedEx needed , all at the same time . It was impressive and beautiful to watch her in action! She managed to make everyone feel important and respected.Since your Google rating is not looking very hot at the moment , obviously you need more people like her. Don’t lose her. Make sure she knows her hard work is very much appreciated.

I recently found out that CVS is one of the top contributors toward donating to abortion bans. I keep writing reviews and they keep taking them down, but I will continue to stand up for women's rights while companies like Walgreens go against bodily autonomy. My family and I have chosen to boycott CVS forever more. I highly suggest others that support their privacy boycott as well.

CVS Pharmacy doesn't deserve any stars! I hate giving bad reviews, but CVS company really needs to do something about their customer service! I'm sorry for saying this, but I'm not really sorry. EVERYONE IN THE PHARMACY are RUDE!!! They always seemed annoyed when you're picking up prescriptions or calling them for questions. They always in a hurry and if you're not quick enough, they will hang up on you!! I get it, they're busy. But all pharmacies are busy, but they're not rude!!! They have a line or something, but can't they be polite? Ask the customer if there's anything that they can help you with? Or at least speak nicely, NOT like they're ANNOYED because you ask more than 2 questions! It seems like they don't want to talk to anyone more than 30 seconds and it will take you at least 5 minutes to get a live person if you're lucky! That's why I don't go to CVS. Too bad one of my clients have them for her prescriptions. Even the CVS on Chimney Rock/I-10 staff are the same.
