You cannot get through the phone to anyone the automated system stops you and wants your phone number to return a call within an hour. It won’t let you get through a live person. That’s really sad Do better Cvs with your phone service.

I received great customer service from a young man name Evan at CVS! He has great customer service skills, very friendly attitude and eager to help! He helped me save so much money by telling me about the sales and savings with well market coupon! He helped me locate everything I needed. It was a Clean store and organized! Thanks Evan

I get my shots here. The tech that shoots me is very professional and efficient. She is also above and beyond helpful answering my questions. I can't imagine better service anywhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. This pharmacy has been great until today. I was going to have to pay 60$ because the individual was too lazy and distracted to look at my coupon. When I was standing there being ignored and finally asked for attention, she shouted at me that she told me to go sit down. Never have I been treated like this before, I went to another CVS down the street and within 5 minutes I was in and out with my prescription for free! I will never go back to this store for prescriptions or anything else again. Disgraceful and disrespectful. I absolutely reported it to corporate already. DO NOT GO HERE. They will over charge for prescriptions!!
edit: I FORGOT TO MENTION, they handed me someone else's prescription! with their name and information on the bag! that is a huge security risk, like could they not tell I am not a 50 year old man? They only noticed the mistake when I brought it to their attention. THEN they yelled at me to sit down. Despicable.

I’m in line to pick up my prescription and of course they have a line. Well the I have been in line for 6 mins and it’s not moving at all. Then this lady who is a tech tells the other the Tech that he need to know to use two cashiers register at the same time because we have a lot to do and you need to hurry. I didn’t appreciate how she was speaking to the young man in that matter. I told the young man that I’m sorry that she spoke to you like that in front of us. While I’m speaking to him. She decided to jump into my conversation and have the nerve to ask him in front of me. How long have you been here. In other words, you been here too long and you need to work to register. Again , this is not the conversation that you hold in front of customers. I told the lady that she could have waited to tell him that when we are not around. She ( Tech) tells me that she is band me from getting my medication from this location by blocking me. At this point she have really upset me and then she tell me that as long as she is there I won’t be able to get my medication if she is there that day. Yep that’s what she said to me and then told me to leave because this is her pharmacy. Someone from this store need to contact me about this.

customer service at this pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced. This is a service oriented company, however, the service is poor. Zero social skills, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Find any other CVS and I'm sure you'll receive better service.
