Customer service here is terrible. They definitely need training. HEB pharmacy or Walmart pharmacy is definitely way better.

Very horrible service . They are never open when I do come there. Then when I finally do go their I walk after work. Jessica very slow very can't do her job properly was the one checking me out. She couldn't locate my insurance with the group I'd and member id and social id number. Any other time I have no issues and I come here . All a sudden today I'm walking away with the prescription in hand and no meds because people can't take the time to help you gather the information needed. First I called the dentist they had the information but she needed more it's always something and a excuse when you can clearly see the person back behind the computer shaking asking you your SSN and zip over and over because she does not know what she's doing.
All I could say out loud was the reviews were correct , but I kindly asked for my prescription back and I'll take it to Kroger where I'm sure they are competent enough to at least help me with locating the right info not some old info from 2001 .
Anyhow I won't be going back there idk care if it is 2 mins away from home.

I had a terrible experience at the CVS located at 11112 Richmond Rd today while trying to return a deodorant. The store manager in training, Monica Ayala, refused to assist me in any way. When I stated that I needed to return the item, she immediately claimed that CVS does not accept returns of that kind.
I politely asked her to show me where this was stated in the return policy, as I had the CVS return policy pulled up on my phone. Instead of providing clarification, she responded, “I don’t know where it is on there, but you can read it.” She then pointed to the store’s posted return policy, which contained the same information as what I had on my phone. When I asked her to point out where it states that the item must be sealed or is excluded, she dismissed me, saying, “I would have to read all that, ma’am.”
At this point, it was clear she had no interest in actually assisting me. Nowhere in CVS’s return policy does it state that beauty items—whether open or unopened—cannot be returned, nor does it mention that CVS-brand items require special conditions.
To make matters worse for this CVS location, I drove five minutes up the street to another CVS, where an associate was incredibly helpful. They processed my return without issue and issued me a store credit, just as the policy allows.
Monica, if you are training to be a store manager, you need significantly more training—especially in understanding basic company policies and customer service. If CVS insists on making you a manager, I highly suggest you learn from the associates at the 11540 location, who actually know how to assist customers without projecting rudeness.
I genuinely hope you have better days ahead, but more importantly, I hope future customers don’t have to experience what I did today.

I shop at this CVS pretty often & the workers are always on task doing their jobs specially the main cashier Nissi she is always so helpful, polite, & kind, she always gives me a great experience shopping.

I had one of the worst experiences yesterday. I tried speaking with a manager but he was not there, so I was told to call back today. I called today and the person who answered the phone just put it down until I hung up. Gina was a manger on site yesterday but she said was not able to assist me. Niecy was very rude and did not want to do her job. I will be reporting this issue to cooperate.

I don't know why this location just has 3* on review. I came here this morning (Jan 9, 2023) to pick up my order and was impressed. The cashiers were so nice. 1 male and 1 female were so polite and I love the way they wrapped my package carefully. What a pity I don't know their name. I would rate here 5* plus more and more!!

If I wasn't in extreme pain and in need of my antibiotics and pain medication for the wisdom tooth I just had extracted, I'd wait and go get my prescription filled else where. The whole entire store has horrible customer service, zero professionalism, and no respect to the customers who enter. I used to spend the extra money to come to cvs when it actually gave a damn about its customers. Cut your losses and go anywhere but this location.
