They have the worst customer service. The pharmacy manager too. Ms T . She called me to find out more details concerning my rating on the feedback and was rude, over talking me, steady trying to play up her staff about how good they are. She was very patronizing on the phone with me and now I understand why her staff behaved the same way. The few that I have came in contact with them. If you want better feedback do better. You need more training on how to treat people with kindness. If you and your staff are too immature to handle customers then let someone else do it. I will be contacting the corporate office about this incident.

Came here to buy a couple of items and I noticed the guy working upfront was on his phone the whole time when another guest was having issues with the self checkout. When he asked the worker for help, he just kept yelling at him. Seem like he didn’t want to work… please consider in hiring better employees.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any location. If I could give this place -10 stars, I would, but since that's not possible, 1 star will have to do. I strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid this location at all costs.
They showed a complete disregard for human life and well-being. My 80-year-old father, who has multiple health issues including diabetes, was left without his essential medication for over a month. They repeatedly claimed they never received the prescription from his doctor, despite the electronic records clearly showing it was received by their pharmacist, Tony, on April 10th at 8:27 AM.
Whether it was deleted or mishandled, I don't know, but I had to go through a great deal of effort to get a new prescription sent in just so he could access the medication he depends on to survive. This level of negligence could have cost my father his life.
Please, for your own safety and the safety of your loved ones, steer clear of this location.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this CVS location. The store shelves are consistently understocked, failing to match the online inventory. Consequently, every online order I place is canceled due to item unavailability, despite appearing in stock online.

I am writing to express concern regarding a discriminatory experience my sister had at your CVS location. An employee named Kevin refused to provide her with her son's prescribed medications. It appears this decision was influenced by personal feelings rather than any legitimate or policy-based reason. My sister simply expressed her perspective, and in response, she was denied essential service. This kind of conduct is both unprofessional and deeply troubling.

Tonight in the drive through line I was skipped by another car, I called cvs no answer so I walked to the window and tried to explain to them someone skipped me and it would be unfair if they received their medicine before I received my child’s medicine.. the pharmacist Kevin was very dismissive and flat out told me he did not care what happened in the line only what happens in the store in the same breathe that he said that he then tells me I’m skipping the guy who was already at the window and to move I asked for corporates number and he blurted it out with joy.
As I return back to the window the two ladies who were working was trying to get out of eyes view laughing at the situation and trying to avoid coming back to the window as one of the girls sees me mouthing something she picks up the phone but does not speak as if she’s trying to hear what I was saying discretely news flash I was saying yall are standing there and laughing but not coming to the window
I then asked for the manager back and when he returned to the window he would not let me get a word out because my experience in his line was of no value to him & as I tried to speak he cut me off multiple times lacking in proper communication skills and customer service … he then denied me my 3 year olds medicine because he was BUTT HURT WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS FELT DISCRIMINATORY DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE FLAT OUT TOLD ME HE DIDNT care about me being skipped
And slams the window in my face and says because I told him he was discriminating he would not give me the medicine and threatened to call the cops on me

Which I could rate this store a negative 5 stars. Ridiculous encounter happened to me today. I’m diabetic , went to there pharmacy due to Walmart not having syringes for my insulin. Pharmacist staff telling they could not sell me any single bag syringes due to not getting my medicine there.
I needed to take my medicine at that moment. Worse service ever , not caring for someone’s health. Never again will I shop at CVS on beltway 8 and Wallesville. I hope that man or one of his family members never has health issues !!!!

The CVS in my neighborhood is a great place to shop for everyday necessary household items as well as my needed prescriptions. They offer reasonable prices, and if you sign up for their Extra Care membership, you'll save even more!
