If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to CVS pharmacy last night after leaving the hospital, and the pharmacy tech working around 10 p.m. (short, broad white guy with short brown hair — didn’t catch his name) was unbelievably rude. He practically threw my boyfriend’s ID back at him, and it fell into our car. While my boyfriend was trying to reach under his seat for it, this guy started shaking the prescription bag at him like we were wasting his precious time — even though the store was completely empty and it’s a 24-hour pharmacy. There was literally no rush, just unnecessary attitude. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Given that this is a 24-hour store, it seems like this store gets a lot of exposure to a lot of scenarios to help customers with various needs. I appreciate Lala's advice when there was a delay. I followed her advice, and it worked to help me get the right answer to plan my day accordingly. I also appreciate Harmeet's (thanks for reminding us to take advantage of the buy 2 get one free) willingness to help, and dr. J Nguy's sense of research and urgency, and responsiveness. So far, so good; I may be coming here more often in the future.

Last few visits were a complete waste of time. Nothing I needed could be obtained although they should be in stock and the pharmacists are more interested in personal conversations than helping customers.

I needed my mother's medications transferred here because the CVS she usually goes to used to close at 8pm and now closes at 7pm. I didnt make it in time. She was just discharged from the hospital and needed her new medications. I found this 24 hour location from google. The pharmacy staff was top notch! Friendly, fast, and efficient. Even with a full drive thru queue, they still took the time and gave helpful service. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I went to CVS to get a passport photo for my baby, based on the information on their website which states they take passport pictures. Nowhere did it mention that the service is only available for children over 18 months. I wish this important detail had been clearly stated. I wouldn’t have made the trip if I’d known. It was a frustrating and wasted visit, especially with a baby in tow. CVS should update their website to reflect this policy more transparently

Cannot reach anyone in the pharmacy regarding your prescription. Bad attitudes once you physically go to this location.

Hello- I will also send an email, but I wanted to discuss my experience at the pharmacy. The tech, Javon (name that shows on my receipt), seemed to be highly irritated. He was speaking loudly to the customers (which is hugely abnormal when you go to a pharmacy), and he was dismissive, which is abnormal in this setting, as well. While I was checking out, it prompted for consultation- he skipped the question and did not discuss anything with me. I am happy my doctor went into extreme detail about when to take the medicine because following the instructions that were printed on the prescription is COMPLETELY inaccurate and that is concerning if you have customers that are following the direction of this pharmacy. I hope you look into this matter because this could have a huge impact on someone. I will NEVER return to this pharmacy again.

This is the worst store ever, you call their number and sends you to nowhere, is there anyone that works at this store that can possibly pick up a phone call. Go to Walgreens
