Very disappointed in the level of service at the cvs (in Target).I was 15 minutes late for my vaccine appointment, but the employee refused to give me the vaccine.The pharmacy was still open, no one was in line... no one being served... she just said I'd have to come back tomorrow.What in the world, cvs? So much for customer service.

I have been using this place for 25 years. I have and issues that haven't been resolved. The latest being that I didn't check my bag for what I was paying for at the pharmacy. I have been online to opt out of auto refills since they text me even if I don't need it. The latest was a prescription that my doctor had told me I no longer needed to take. Well I purposely didn't get it or so I thought. They charged my insurance but never gave me the medication. Now I was recently in the hospital where I now need this medicine filled and since they charged my insurance I can't get it filled. I now have to pay out of pocket for the medication. So with all that being said I have pulled all of my prescriptions from CVS and moved to H-E-B. I will no longer fight with auto refill again. They even told me that they themselves have issues with it. So maybe CVS needs to fix their stuff. I think they believe they are big enough that people don't have a choice. Well I do and I am choosing to stop paying these huge corporations so that they CEO can make a bonus I will choose local and H-E-B is that local for me.
