If the pharmacy doesn’t open until the pharmacist arrives, please remove open @ 830am from the sign! It’s an inconvenience that I’ve been to this location three times this morning! It’s after 10am.. the fact that I have to come back to pick up a prescription that was ready yesterday has definitely ticked me off .. find another pharmacist if the current one can’t be on time for the pharmacy hours in my opinion.. this unacceptable .. terrible customer service ..

I was just there around 3:00 pm to pick up a rx for my daughter and I was told it was out of stock so it would be delayed unless I chose to go to another CVS and fill it which I agreed. When I call the other CVS they tell me they can fill it there but since this location still shows as they are working on it I would have to call them to cancel it(which is what I told them in person that I would go elsewhere) Im trying to call and I have been on hold for 1 hr. that is pretty ridiculous. I guess now I am heading back over to tell them again to cancel it. This location needs to be more efficient

Nonchalant Phymacy staff . However I did ask in a nice way when the medication be in stock .She replied I can’t tell you that !!! Please tell me where and who are giving these so call techs license. Again what they do not know is who they could be talking too…..durning that time .. It’s alright because you have learn to be kind to bitter people cause they need it most ..

Pharmacist Nicole is very professional & friendly !I was saddened to learn the retail part of CVS / Fallbrook & West will be closing August 2,2023.It was so convenient to pick up medications and anything else you may need without making a second trip to another store .However , the pharmacy will be able to expand and acquire a set up for mental health services which is greatly needed in this area .

From out of town, made getting our scripts easy and pickup through drive thru wasn't bad at all, it was a win for me because I didn't have to get my two littles out to get it ! Thanks!

I am writing to express my disappointment with your employee's behavior at your location 04983 last night. When I was there to send money via Money Gram, the employee lied to me when she said we don't send cash at night and denied service with no reason, and made a rude comment when I asked her why today. She said,'' A lot of scammers hit this location'' ?? that was unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand from her behavior that she was profiling customers and engaging in racist behavior.As a loyal customer, I am incredibly disappointed with the treatment I received at your establishment. It is unacceptable for employees to engage in this behavior, and I urge you to take appropriate action to prevent this from happening in the future.I hope you will thoroughly investigate this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure your customers are treated respectfully and professionally.

Well the Pharmacist is awesome and his entire team rock. The only problem is they need more help. All are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Please remember my fellow customers that the drive thur is for quickly picking up your meds and not discussing problems. Go inside if you need a conversation, please.

Currently, 4:30 pm on Thursday April 14th, 2022 I have made multiple calls to this cvs trying to get my father's heart medicine filled. The person on the other end (her name is Ratika) was as rude as I have ever seen in all my 50 years. Do you have the script? NOPE What did you say? NOPE, maybe the doctor messed up. This is after talking to the doctors offices 6 times and reviewing that the medicine was sent on the health portal. This CVS has constant issues with taking too long, messing up refills, etc. The list goes on and on. They have lost my whole families business and it is quite a bit. I would recommend somewhere else to everyone and will do this to everyone I know.

Store hours are 8-10 & here we are about 4 of us waiting for someone to open after 8. Manager Vanessa was rude opening the door, upset at the fact I was there waiting. Just needed some meds before work.

I was going to buy Claritin and there was a coupon for $10. The employee working named Vanessa said the coupons were starting from the next day 3/6 and was not valid for 3/5 at 9:45 pm. I asked if she could honor it but she said “ NO” and then became extremely rude to me. She said “ You can say whatever you want to but I WON’T honor any discount. There was no apology or empathy in what she said , let alone any good customer service in the way she said it. If she apologized and sincerely said that she really couldn’t give me a discount for whatever reason it may be, I would have understood, instead of sounding so arrogant about it. It was as if me asking to honor a discount was a crime that I just committed. Is that the way CVS treats their customers??? I am really very shocked. May be losing “one” customer won’t hurt CVS. But, this is not probably the vision of CVS to make even one customer unhappy. The worst thing was while we were leaving she was telling another customer of how unfairly we were asking for a discount and when my sister looked at her name badge she said “ ya ya she ( referring to me) already got it, complain as much as you want”. I am so disappointed. Speechless at her behavior

I love this store , the energy in here is amazing the two managers Elijah and Carla are amazing people very informative and always willing to help the couponers . Harry is an outstanding individual who helps me and my two kiddos everytime I go in the store has great patience with me with my many transactions and even helps with scenarios and crts and ECB’s on how I can apply them !!! I always come in and find what I need at this location!! Love this store and all the employeesEdit 2/13/2022The new Hispanic manager has zero patience for couponers, does not take paper coupons , and seems to always have an attitude when I’m simply asking a question , he literally responds with idk or no . Twice I’ve came and he’s had the same nasty attitude . This used to be my go to cvs but I’ll stick with the Jersey village Cvs they are much more expierenced and have so much patience .

Everytime I visit, I am always welcomed by the clercks on duty. If you take advantage of the CVS card, you earn cash points on prescriptions, and phenominal discount on various item within the store. If you purchace the $5.00 montly extra value discount, you can save 20% on many items that are deemed as Pharmacy items, plus other additional savings. It was free for the first month, just to try out with no obligation to continue, by simply canceling your payment method. Everyone is very attentive to my needs, and offer to help in any way possible. It's like a little small store that caters to the near surround populace. They even have a UPS drop•off access point for those apartment dwellers who prefer to drop their mail while visiting. I highly recomend their courtious service.

My dentist had to prescribe me pain medicine for my tooth ache. I am depending on this pain reliever. They put the prescription at 11 AM and left a message on the voicemail. When I called back to check the status of my prescription the pharmacist told us that it won't be ready especially if they left a voicemail because they are so busy with vaccines and Covid testing that they will not be able to get to it. What kind of service is that? Why don't you have an automated message saying you guys are unable to fulfil prescriptions at this time.
