The staff at cvs 1960 and Ella does not know the meaning of customer service and does not work well under pressure. Especially the pharmacy department. Retraining or job change should be recommended to them. I'm very disgusted and aggravated after each visit at this location.

Go almost every month to purchase for my mother through her Medicare Insurance supplement benefits. I can always be sure I will find everything needed for her and our family. Thank you!

This was a second attempt at this store, for I had been dramatically disappointed on the 10th of June. Flowing my Surgery 06/08/23 I went to retrieve my medicine and was told the system was down. I returned on the 10th and was told by a pharmacy employee in a cavalier way that she hade nothing for me, and did not attempt to try to help me or offer any options for instance can we contact you Doctor are something. Most recently on the 07/20/23 I was shorted an item at checkout upon discovery of this I called the store to try and speak with the cashier for confirmation, the pharmacy received the call I asked to be transferred to the front and was told that I had the wrong store I asked was this CVS at 1325 fm 1960, she got smart and hang up.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. They are extremely slow and rude as well. Do yourself a favor and have your medication sent to another location.

The security lady is is EXTREMELEY RUDE !!!!!!Me and my girls walked in to purchase some pimple patches. We stopped at the jewelry section that is at the very entrance looking at all the jewelry and rings. We weren’t buying anything we were just killing time cause we placed a taco order down the street! She accused us of trying to steal jewelry. Then followed us around the store shouting at us down the isle that if we weren’t buying anything to stop grabbing and touching stuff. I asked for the manager and she said she didn’t care what I had to say. I worked my way up to the register and notified the manager that it was not ok. I understand there is thieves but she can’t go around accusing people of theft ! This was outrageous ! And I was never rude to the lady. But I wasn’t going to let her walk over me. I am not a thief and neither are my girls ! I hope she gets replaced or fired !!!!!

I arrived at 830 behind 1 car. At 8:45 they told me to go around to get back in line and my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. I was back at the window a few minutes before 9:00 and was rudely turned away because they were closed. What was the point of making me get back in line just to tell me its not ready & you're closed. Im in so much pain it's unbelievable. zero stars if I could & definitely changing pharmacies

I called cvs at Ella &1960 today because I received a text saying a prescription was ready. My issue is that I didn't request the prescription because I hadn't taken it since November. Cvs took it upon themselves to send a prescription renewal to my doctor who approved it. I was visibly upset because this happens often at this location. I spoke with Monica who told me it was no big deal and I didn't have to pick it up. I had to advise Monica very aggressively that it is a BIG because that would have had me taking THREE heart medications that could have been big trouble for me!! She also advised me that the insurance company is billed for medications when the prescription is filled which may be why they take it upon themselves to automatically do refills. She tried to tell me it was a system thing that automatically happened. My response was why weren't the other prescriptions that had not been filled since November automatically refilled...no explanation. If business is slow and they need to generate revenue they should call the customers 1st!! Instead of blaming their system MONICA WHO became combative and unprofessional. Please keep up with your meds. If I didn't I could have been put in a bad situation. My pcp has been put on notice because she does not handle my heart medications only my cardiologist!! And don't refill request from the pharmacy...I will call her office as I always do when I need something.I'm feed up and moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy!

No help for clients with COVID.Didn't call on time and spent No time on phone. Worst Customer care service ever.Shame, shame, shame.

Really nice poeple inside always willing to help from the front register to the pharmacy. Never had any issues here. Always in and out fast.

I was never called or texted that my son's medicine was ready. I showed up at 1:25 in drive thru behind one car and they shut down for lunch. My son is really sick and needed his medicine asap.

Scheduled an appointment online for a vaccine(non-Covid related). When I arrived I was asked if I had insurance which I did not. I was then talked down to as if it was assumed I did not have money to pay for my vaccine. the pharmacist immediately told me firmly that the vaccine was not free. As if she assumed I was going to walk in and expect to get free service. I felt so played and left because I did not want to put my money where I was going to be treated as if I was poor. I will be getting my vaccine somewhere else.
