TLDR: they lost our camera
We left a Kodak camera here for them to have the photos developed and were originally told they would be done in 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks, they said it would actually take 4 weeks. At the end, they told us that the camera was lost, so there weren’t any photos and they couldn’t give us back our camera. Don’t go to cvs to get your photos developed, we won’t be either.

I complained about CVS charging $600 for an inhaler without insurance (and WITH a coupon) and I got a call from the manager not 5 minutes later asking if I said something inappropriate to the tech (I was talking to my fiancée on the phone). Like okay buddy. Maybe your tech should actually listen before reporting something, and it’s no surprise nobody likes dealing with pharmacies in America.

I had a horrible experience at the pharmacy today. I've been going to this pharmacy for quite a while. And I've never had an issue but today. Since my Driver's license recently expired the the Asian pharmaceutical tech was being completely rude to me and I even told him that I had just recently moved that I'm driving 45 minutes away. Just to come over here to get my prescription and the next one I will have it filled to the 1 closest to me when i update my i. D. They litera.
Lly just took my ID and gave me my prescription last week with no issue.But I believe that I have gotten this.Trump sticker put on my I d and we Asian guy pushed his political beliefs on the way. He treated his customeri have been screwed Uber multiple times by this pharmaceutical. Where they did not apply my insurance. They've literally given me the wrong medication as far as the milligrams.
And I've never once made a complaint. Because I honestly believe that people make mistakes. But today was just totally uncalled for he was completely rude to me. Threw my cards at me when I was leaving the window. They saw me pulling up at 125 and close the windows on me. And force me to wait 30 minutes for them to get off their breakfor them. Just to tell me that they would not help me. And when I brought it to his attention that I'd just waited 30 minutes because they closed the door on me at 1:25.He told me that I should have left and came back and that he still would not help me Visibly.
Upset that this man was being rude to me. I was being rude back and in return. He canceled my prescription order and now he's making me refill it through my Doctor agand I truly believe it's because I had a Trump sticker and he seemed visibly mad when we first started the conversation.

I recently visited this CVS and had an outstanding experience thanks to the Lady with the head wrap I think she’s Indian , a cashier. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit a pleasure. Thank you, , for going above and beyond. Management and others I have encountered are kinda of dismissive to customers even the store manager he’s not very nice but everytime I go in there that one lady is sooooooo nice and helpful

Came here a few hours after Hurricane Beryl passed. This is where my wife has all her prescriptions filled for 10 years now. They had power and were open, wow right! But not the pharmacy. My wife spent three hours in the ER during the hurricane and needed four prescriptions filled. So I kept looking for an open pharmacy. NONE in all of northwest Harris County. Hundreds of thousands of people and no pharmacists could get to work even if there was power. The Starbucks across the street was even open. Don't get me wrong it was still not an easy drive, I get it. But pharmacists are important. So, my wife spent the night in pain, throwing up and unfortunately without electricity. This morning I was standing at the pharmacy door waiting when it opened. No one else in the store. No one at the drive thru. They took the prescriptions and told me it would be 2 hours. I explained everything to the tech. He said sorry. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. She came out and I explained again. She told me other people were in the ER during the storm and needed their meds also. I look around and said their not here right now, I am. She said it would be ready as soon as it was safe and call. My wife is crying on the phone to me. What kind of health-care professional is this. I will never come back here or to a CVS ever. This place is the worst!
