Shelves on certain items was empty. The pricing is relly high when utilizing my OTC for the first time. For the couple items, I qualified for.

Today 5/17/25 (around 10-10:15am) I came into the store to buy a birthday card and get cash back however the two male employees I encountered must've been off the same perc because they were both very unhelpful and not mentally present. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

They have the absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy! They are rude, unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. They told my husband his insurance expired which it didn’t, they were talking over him and would not let him finish his sentence or complete the conversation without interruption. Our insurance is 100% valid and long story short we were correct in the end.
Do better!

CVS stores have gone downhill so horribly. The staff used to be so nice and helpful so I overlooked the constant issues with getting correct sale prices and loyalty coupons. But they now hardly have any workers and those seem so overwhelmed they can bare help you when you need it. Don't think they will be around much longer. So sad.

Probably the worst possible customer service. Occasionally, you catch that fluke of a friendly face but by and large, the staff here just don’t seem to give a **** about anything.

I like CVS I always spend way more money than I need too it's like going to a mini Walmart minus the people and add more class. I can usually find everything I need here and then some stuff I don't really need and buy anyway generally most CVS are nice this one I found poorly stocked and not well staffed

Closed my CVS, moved scripts to inconvenient box store. We chose our store and scripts are floating out there somewhere. Much more and we will dump CVS.

My experience was horrible I was totally overlooked by the lady behind the register who was wearing a scarf. As I approached the counter as I was next in line she blatantly didn't acknowledge me and began conversing with the white gentleman who came after me standing to the side. I stepped up to the counter and she never acknowledged my presence and began to be overly cordial with this man and left me standing while she assisted him. The young lady working the next register came and had to help me, which I told her it was rude and unprofessional what this scarf wearing woman did.

Head Pharmacist - Smia, should be removed from that job. Argumentative, refused to do required phone call to insurance co. Took 3 visits to pick up my prescriptions. She wanted to charge $700 for the drugs that my insurance had paid for.

The pharmacy tech was rude and unhelpful when my doctor's office called in a refill for me. First call CVS didn't get the prescription in the system, so a second call had to made and the tech was rude to my doctor and her assistant.
