Over worked pharmacy staff, the pharmacist on duty is very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and always smiling, but it is very disappointing that a corporation like CVS, to save labor costs would not add or have enough pharmacy staff on duty to relieve the heavy work load of the pharmacist. The pharmacist should be focused on filling prescriptions according to doctors orders and patient consultation not operating cash registers, running back and forth to help customers with purchases and non pharmaceutical issues that any young or old adults with minimum training can handle.

After a terrible experience at the Walgreens down the street, moved my prescriptions here and now the medicine is not only 1/3 of the price but I can also manage everything through the app and never needed to call. If I need customer service here might update this review, but for now is doing very well.

Walked in to the location today on a Saturday morning. Faith was very helpful in not only seeing if I needed anything but walked me through the CVS app and showed me how I could use it to assist in shopping. I definitely learned some things that I had no idea about. She was very welcoming and super nice. Thank you so much.

The Pharmacy staff was very helpful in guiding me with my medical needs. I feel very satisfied with the level of service I receive each time I visit the location, and the staff is very honest when giving advice.

This CVS location is very rude and also speaking of my prescription so they almost make you feel bad for bringing a prescription in a year ago. I was in a car wreck and I see a orthopedic and they give me pain medicine but not too strong of a pain medicine 😔🥺 I’ve been in so much pain over a year in the way, the pharmacy staff made me feel like I am a criminal and I am doing something wrong. He literally asked me what doctor did you go to and who wrote this and I can’t understand his handwriting and maybe you should ask him for something else why would I as a patient? Tell my doctor what to write me I’m not a doctor. I am a patient very rude and I felt very much uncomfortable. Almost treated like a criminal and a lot of it is racism because I am a black woman with a control substance and they make me feel like I am a complete criminal, don’t go to this pharmacy store. Location needs to be shut down.

The staff helped me through a process to meet my needs in a very quick and efficient manner. Always friendly and courteous, it’s the best CVS pharmacy I’ve ever used.

Good luck getting anyone to assist you here or bother answering the phone. Sat on hold for 15 minutes with the pharmacy, tried to come up there and doors closed at 6:50? But it says they’re open until 7pm. Go ANYWHERE else.

worst phone system that forces you to talk to a chatbot. I can’t wait for amazon to take over this business. Pharmacy hours are reduced as well.

We've had several issues with this CVS. They frequently are out of medications or the children's flavoring. The phone line sends to be down half the time so you can't call to get status. I was reluctantly going to pick up a prescription, and got into the line at 7:00 or maybe 7:01. I waited for 2 cats to get serviced before me. At 7:07 when I pulled up to the window the pharmacist said they closed at 7 and wouldn't help me. Not sure why it takes so long to service 2 customers, but it's very irritating to be in line and be told to come back tomorrow.

Worst pharmacy customer service. We came to a drive through for prescriptions pickup. I pressed on the sign "press for service". Waited for 2 minutes and pressed again, still didn't hear anyone. Waited for 3 more minutes and nothing happened, I thought the "press for service" button didn't work, tried again. Waited for another minute then a woman showed up by the window, she picked up the phone and started yelling at us that she heard it, she was busy, and she didn't ignore us.I've been waiting for more than 5 minutes and when they decided to show up, they yelled at us. I told her it only take 1 second for her to wave at the window, or say something to let us know that they knew we're waiting. Then she kept yelling that she was in the middle of dealing with another customer.Then, another woman came to the window told us that if we're not happy with their service we should go to another pharmacy. She said her name is Diana.
