I always have a problem getting my UPS packages from this location. Unorganized

We had the absolute worst experience ever with “manager” Ravon. She had a terrible attitude and her customer service did not exist. She was upset because she didn’t want to do her job. I’m appalled that CVS even has someone as such acting as a manager. It was absolutely awful.
