Worst rude unprofessional people working here. They originally said they didn’t fill my prescription cause my insurance didn’t cover it. I know that and told them that does not mean I don’t want it so then they said they don’t have it to come back Monday. Instead of going Monday I gave them extra days and went on the following Friday they still had not filled my prescription then said they needed more info from the Dr I said what info then she said oh your insurance don’t cover it I said I know that we discussed this already I’m paying for it then she said well you got to come back tomorrow afternoon cause we close in 15 minutes then the other lady said you didn’t tell us you was paying cash I said I never said now that I’m paying cash I said I told the lady previously I was paying out of pocket she said it would be ready Monday and here it is 4 days after Monday and still the medicine not done. They unorganized and everybody tell a different lie it is ridiculous . Very sad of them to be playing with people’s lives They need to realize some meds people take they need and to have them waiting for no reason is just not right They have no respect nor compassion for people. They are in the wrong business

Here on Sunday, they are supposed to be open 10-6 but it's 1030 and there's a line of people waiting for them to open. The metal shutters are all completely down. Unprofessional of them, now going without my medication the next few days while we wait for a hurricane to hit Texas tomorrow. Hopefully there are no adverse health problems without my meds because this will turn into a lot more of a problem for CVS than a bad review.

We had the absolute worst experience ever with “manager” Ravon. She had a terrible attitude and her customer service did not exist. She was upset because she didn’t want to do her job. I’m appalled that CVS even has someone as such acting as a manager. It was absolutely awful.

I have Called pharmacy to obtain prescription status and they immediately hang up on me. I have had such a hard time trying to obtain status, if my insurance did not require I use cvs I would 100% use another pharmacy.

I hate writing bad reviews, but the service at this location is consistently poor. The pharmacy staff lacks knowledge, is unorganized, and rude. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them. Today, I called to have my prescription refilled, and they told me it was already filled and ready for pickup. When I arrived, they told me it wasn't ready and would take an hour to fill. When I told them about the conversation on the phone, they told me, “Oh well, the person made a mistake, and it will take an hour.” I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and rudeness from the manager, when she recognized it was THEIR mistake, was unbeliable. I was willing to wait a little longer for them to fill it, but they insisted it would take an hour.
My experience with this location has been terrible, more often than not, and I think this was just the last straw. I don't think people ask much from a pharmacy, and they still manage to provide a horrible experience. I will pick up my prescription in an hour, and it will be my last visit.
Update: I just got a text 20 MINUTES after this interaction saying it was ready for pickup. I would have waited 20 minutes, but they kept insisting an hour, and I'm already home. I can't, just done.

Please bring the old store manager back! I don’t know where she went but wherever she is please let me know so I can support THAT CVS! Every time I call to ask for support whether to see if a product is in stock or simply to see if the Navy Federal ATM works it seems as if I’m interrupting others and I’m rushed off the phone. I’ll never step foot in this store again. Ms. Tanela was literally the best store manager there the past 3 years I’ve lived here and been supporting that location! The store looks A MESS and the staff is not knowledgeable or helpful AT ALL! What happened within the past 60 days? I do appreciated Raven, Craig, and Michelle because I’d hate to just call out everyone when those 3 have been doing their part. Please find Ms. Tanela!!!!!

I do not enjoy writing poor reviews but this one is deserved. The reason for my visit was primarily immunizations. The website scheduler notified me certain immunizations were walk-in only. After arrival and waiting in line at around 6pm I was told walk-in time had passed and only appointments were being accepted. I found no signage for these times nor did I find it on the website. If they do exist, they need to be prominently posted in public view and/or appended to the location’s pharmacy hours.Further: The carpet was soaking wet in places while also being covered in litter and trash. Many shelves appeared to be out of stock of various products. The parking area is not well lit, every light pole I could see had at least one of its two outputs/bulbs out. I also not once hear or see an employee outside of the pharmacy area say any greeting, offer to help anyone, or do anything other than walk around on their cellphone.It is very clear with this business location why the store was nearly devoid of customers and no one leaving was in any semblance of a good mood. I will not be returning.

Employees have the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a CVS. Placed an order for photos through the app, came to pick them up at the pick up time. Employee at the front was rude when I stated I was there to pick up a photo order. Watched her work on other photo orders, when she obviously knew I was standing there waiting on mine. After literally 20 mins of me standing there, and no communication from her, I asked her if I should come back another time for my photos. She said yes, and that the printing machine was jammed. Unbelievable. Wonder how long I would have had to stand there if I didn’t ask.

The pharmacy department at this location is disappointing. On several occasions I’ve had prescriptions sent here only for them to not have them in stock. I understand not every prescription is in stock but it’s been 6 months and I still have not received the medicine I needed and with no communication.
