I do not enjoy writing poor reviews but this one is deserved. The reason for my visit was primarily immunizations. The website scheduler notified me certain immunizations were walk-in only. After arrival and waiting in line at around 6pm I was told walk-in time had passed and only appointments were being accepted. I found no signage for these times nor did I find it on the website. If they do exist, they need to be prominently posted in public view and/or appended to the location’s pharmacy hours.Further: The carpet was soaking wet in places while also being covered in litter and trash. Many shelves appeared to be out of stock of various products. The parking area is not well lit, every light pole I could see had at least one of its two outputs/bulbs out. I also not once hear or see an employee outside of the pharmacy area say any greeting, offer to help anyone, or do anything other than walk around on their cellphone.It is very clear with this business location why the store was nearly devoid of customers and no one leaving was in any semblance of a good mood. I will not be returning.

Employees have the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a CVS. Placed an order for photos through the app, came to pick them up at the pick up time. Employee at the front was rude when I stated I was there to pick up a photo order. Watched her work on other photo orders, when she obviously knew I was standing there waiting on mine. After literally 20 mins of me standing there, and no communication from her, I asked her if I should come back another time for my photos. She said yes, and that the printing machine was jammed. Unbelievable. Wonder how long I would have had to stand there if I didn’t ask.

The pharmacy department at this location is disappointing. On several occasions I’ve had prescriptions sent here only for them to not have them in stock. I understand not every prescription is in stock but it’s been 6 months and I still have not received the medicine I needed and with no communication.

I would NEVER recommend this location! Taneshia is supposed to be the “supervisor “ but has the worst service ever. She didn’t resolve the issue that CVS created, and had an attitude during our whole interaction. She should definitely be written up or terminated!

Medical racism is practiced here at the pharmacy. Please go elsewhere for safe and caring treatment if you are a POC.

They refuse to accept returns of items they "dont carry" in store (physicians formula). Seemed more like they were being rude and lazy.

The worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. I can not use another pharmacy as my insurance forces me to use CVS. Been using this location for several years. They have always been rude. I always hated to call because the lady is always nasty. This time my husband called. They couldn’t answer or wouldn’t answer simple questions. Wouldn’t help us find a pharmacy that had meds in stock. Pharmacist told my husband he didn’t want to deal with our family and to move ore prescriptions. DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

Trying to getsoimple information frm CVSabout Covid Testing is harder then calling the President of the United States . What is so hard allowing a phone caller ro talk to a live person, Then when you do finally reach a person they don't speak english SO LONG CVS I will go elsewhere

24 April 2022went to the drive thru to pickup meds and was told to come back in 10 mins as the meds are not ready.parked and went inside after 10 minutes and was told that I would need to wait for 10 minutes.i told the pharmacist that this is the 2nd time I am being asked to wait for 10 minutes.he just looked at me and said "you might want to take a seat". no apologies for the need to wait for another 10 minutes.time is gold, CVS! we are not asking for special treatment, just for your staff to be professional - people are sick and need their meds on time.

The manager is extremely rude. Next time you’re returning something, and don’t have a receipt, don’t forget to ask about store credit because she won’t give you that option, she’ll just deny you your money back. Never coming back here again.
