The team members helped me to locate items that were hard to find and assisted at checkout. Clean store and well stocked.

The key-holder at this location is HORRIBLE. She has an extremely condescending tone which she uses very calmly to gaslight you into a response. She feigns to not know certain coupon requirements and proper use and will argue that an undesirable outcome with coupon use cannot be in error. It’s almost as if you are bugging her if you have a question or need assistance locating an item; she is very breathy if you interrupt her work. This is hands down the WORST CVS experience I have had overall. Remediation or ushering her on to other endeavors maybe the best course of action for customer retention and satisfaction.

Thank you to the store manager for your patience with getting a passport photo of our baby. You were so kind and pleasant through the entire process, it is so appreciated in world where everyone seems put out these days.

CVS coupons will save you a lot of money! You can print them out in the store prior to your purchase. They provide them to you so please take advantage of them!

I understand automatic systems are used to direct callers to the right department, but instead, the system wants to go further by trying to solve complex questions without a live agent. I followed the same prompts multiple times explaining what I needed to speak to the pharmacist about. I just didn't want to accept any wording I chose. Why wasn't there an option to speak to a live person? It wasn't the time because I looked at my phone time and there were still 10 minutes left. If that's too soon till closing, then please add that message somewhere in the pre-recording so customers like myself don't become frustrated with false hope.

Went through the shop as I was looking for some snacks for my lunch because I work nearby. one of the employees started following me around no biggie I'm sure they have a lot of theft in the downtown area. I wasn't worried about it cuz I was there to buy something not steal something. However an employee comes up and accuses me of shoplifting forces me to empty my pockets I told him this is illegal but I did it anyway because I had nothing to hide and he wanted me to empty my jacket pockets cuz he wasn't satisfied he was sure that I stole something and was there. On top of everything else employee couldnt understand why I was upset because I started raising my voice. The employee said I'm not raising my voice, and I you said you're not the one being accused of stealing and embarrassed in front of the general public and being illegally searched. Never been so embarrassed and humiliated my entire life. I apologize to them for trying to go through their store and purchase something and I walked out I will never go to this CVS again possibly never need us in the world too many choices out there without having to put up crap like that.

The pharmacy might be short staffed, but multiple times I've arrived to pickup prescriptions only to have to wait for over 20 minutes for assistance. I end up leaving and returning hours only and it's the same thing.
Do not come to this pharmacy if you have somewhere to be. I'm sure they are trying as best but they can but I'll be transferring all RXs to different location.

My experience at the Polk location is always exceptional! From the management team to all the workers, I’ve never been disappointed. Always willing to assist with an outstanding attitude, this is the best CVS I’ve experienced. This includes the pharmacy, who takes the time to meet your needs. I would suggest, that if any management team wants to teach their employees about decorum, this is the place. FRS

CVS in EaDo Polk St. has become a neighborhood staple, there’s everything a local store can hold. Variety of snacks, wine, beer, household goods, of course all the health & beauty items. You’ll find toys, magazines and a lg. section of cards/gifts.
The pharmacy dept. is my favorite. All staff are VERY helpful and friendly . They know us by name! even though we don’t go there often. It is clean and inviting- however I wish it wasn’t so pricy-

Went into this CVS store several times on Emancipation and was treated very rudely as if my life didn’t matter as a black female. When I asked the manager a question, she brushed me off, walked off and told me to go to the pharmacy and ask them the question. When I wanted to check out, the cashier did not want to check me out told me to go to self check as she had just serviced a white man before me. I will not recommend this CVS store to any Black people to go and spend their money in

The pharmacy team at this CVS is the BEST! They are very helpful, kind, and patient with the customers that visit the store. When my insurance didn't cover something, they helped me find a lower price coupon option. 10/10 recommend! Glad to have the CVS in EADO!

The pharmacy and the pharmacist and Franki are an asset to CVS and should be valued as valuable employees. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family both.

Extremely friendly staff. Although a large national chain store, this particular location welcomes neighbors as a neighborhood store would!
