If they would only follow up with an Rx when received and call back when they say they will. I am chasing a prescription my MD sent to this place upon my recommendation, based on reviews and but I will now have the Rx prescribed elsewhere. I am way too busy to chase people and force anyone to take our business. Too many options out there.

As a patient who has needed a quick turnaround on a prescription, this pharmacy went above and beyond, even staying open a bit late just for me to pick up my meds when really sick! Nick, the pharmacist, and his wife are there when you need them, so friendly and personable, and the most help I have ever had from a pharmacy. As a PA, who sends my patients there, every single one of my patients has been happy with the service and care they provide. 10 stars my book!

Wow! The team here was amazing! I have a very difficult 5yr old, and they worked with me to find a way to make medicating my son easier! They nailed it! We had NO issue giving him the meds! I 10/10 recommend this place! They were so sweet & understanding! Thank you from a very stressed out mama!

I started using Cypress Compounding after I need to get a script filled that I had never needed prior and my physician mentioned them so I went with them and never looked around. I had to refill it and called on a Friday afternoon so that I could pick up Saturday . I was told they were too busy to fill it and they also didn’t have enough to completely fill it. However, I was told that they could “LOAN” me a couple pills until Tuesday. I informed them that a loan would be fine for 4 days and that I would be in first thing Saturday morning to pick up.It was not even 5 mins later I received an alert from my bank that a charge was placed on my card for over $50.00 on my bank card that I had never given information to Cypress Compound to keep on file or over the phone. I had only paid upon picking up my prescription. I was completely caught off guard that they had stored my information illegally after picking up my prescription. Not only was my card confiscated but I was also told I would be given a “loan”. Why was I even being charged illegally for a loan????? I immediately sent the pharmacist a text asking why my card information was stored when I had walked into to their facility and paid in person and why was a loan even being charged? Obviously, a loan meant something totally different to Cypress Compounding!!! Funny how they couldn’t fill it 20 mins prior but they could fill 4 pills at $50.00?I was eventually given a credit that took 5 business days to receive but I also found out they were charging me 3 times for a 30 day supply that I received 90 days from an amazing Compound Pharmacy closer to me & also delivered; Grace Compound Pharmacy on Fry Road. Do yourself a favor and do your research!!!!! These people are not only unprofessional but they are scammers & will rip you off and take your private information with out your knowledge!!! Run as fast as you can from here & go down the street to Grace, not only will you be treated professionally but you will save so much money!!!!!

Very nice place, nice employees, very helpful, clean and have good prices. The location is easy to find and you can always find a place to park right in front of the location. I was looking for a specialized prescribe medication for out pet dog and they had it ready the next. The pharmacies wanted me to wait 5-7 days. My veterinarian was Impress and is now sending customers to this place. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Speedy service, affordable price. I'll be back for my refills and would recommend this pharmacy vs a local pharmacy. The owner was extremely friendly great first impression. Clean location smelled amazing, keep up the good work. Highly recommended.
