  Please if you care about your vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. All they do is rush on your vehicle and hurry up to get them out start on the next victim's car. I dealt with this company when they were off of Lyons Avenue but when they moved to this location where they are now their services are HORRIBLE. DARIO, the owner who is never there always out picking up parts from the junkyard but tell you they are new parts. Gives you a price to fix your car and when you go back to pick it up 2 days later you are taking it back for the same problem and something else they screwed up. AGAIN, I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.

  They did some work in my car and then gave me an alignment. I was told I have 3 months warranty on the labor. I woke up one day about a week later and there is nail in my tire so I bought a new one and changed it . I called this place to see if they can do the alignment since I have warranty he said yes as long as I didn’t hit anything. So I drop the car off and just as I suspected he returns the car but says I have to pay for the alignment because he seen I did hit something which I know for a FACT I didn’t HIT ANYThing. When I asked come show me what piece you replaced then or “fixed” he couldn’t tell me straight up. Just talking gibberish trying to confuse me. I paid them in the end but I will never go back. The warranty is pretty much scam.

  Not worth it, honestly I should’ve listen to my own aunt telling me not to go her lol since she had brought her truck several times to get it “fixed”. Got over charged and still the same problem, thanks !

  I brought my car in for AC repair. I spoke with the young guy in the office. He told me it will be $25 to get my AC check and if I get any work done the $25 will be added to my total amount left my car With them on a Friday about 8:45 AM they call me about 3:00 PM to let me know that my car wouldn’t start so now they said they have to check and see why my car wasn’t starting on Saturday. They tell me that my car needs a starter they say the starter is gonna be $360 to replace And tell me that my AC needs a wire cable ,They said they’re gonna charge me $80 to replace The cable I picked my car up Saturday evening about 5 o’clock about 20 minutes later. The AC goes out. I couldn’t bring the car back to the shop because it was closed so I had to bring the car back on Monday. , I bring my car back on Monday. The boss man as employees refer to him, leave your car and we will see what else is wrong with it,I told the boss man that I can Bring the car back on Friday I was leaving The boss man was leaving too he had his hat in his hand and a beer in the hat which means he’s drinking on the job I leave my car on Friday about 8:45 AM. I call them about 4:00 PM because I haven’t heard anything No one answers the phone I get to the shop and I asked is My car ready he said no we haven’t even had a chance to look at my car., it Had been there for almost 8 hours. We don’t have any lights we haven’t looked at the car. They were working on cars when I got there about two minutes later The lady inside the office comes , I go in the office and there are lights He told me that there wasn’t lights I explain to the lady what happened and she tells me I only paid $80 to get a wire cable replace it could have been more, I tell her I got the wire cable replace and 20 minutes later the AC goes out so I got something replaced that didn’t need to be , I don’t recommend you spend any of your money at this place of business, I was ignored when I came in, the Boss man wouldn’t acknowledge me because I had a complaint he left me standing outside and he went to the back, I feel like I was taken advantage of and that they didn’t give me the services I paid for, I recommend you read reviews on places like this because that can save you a lot of time and lost money that you can’t get back!!!!!

  Went for a oil change brought my own oil which was 5 quarts and my car only use 4 4 1/2 at most they said my car took it all so they stole the remaining of my oil and then I go under the hood and there is oil all over my engine I would not suggest anyone in there right mind to even think about leaving your car with these people

  I took my suv yesterday to put wires and spark plugs and they bent my heater holes, the aluminum one and was leaking, but it wasn’t leaking when I brought my truck there talk to the son he said to leave it to see what they can do because it was not leaking when we first brought it there to ask him how much is going to charge them to put the wires and plug-in and also when we dropped it off that morning so get a call 30 minutes before they close from his daddy he said wear tear and said they not responsible for it which they are because the mechanic fingerprints with the oil is on the line where he was pulling it so he tells me he’ll charge me $80 to fix it then turned around and switch it from $80-$50 and told me to pick it up this morning at 11 o’clock get there to pick up my truck he put a rubble piece of coupling and Two clips on it And is still leaking. Manager said to put it on the review but I’m going to Silver Court and file against them. He don’t wanna talk. All he wanna do is run in his room the office and shut the call the police the police came and said that it’s nothing she can do all I could do is, you have to go to court and file and give him a bad review Never again take my truck to that shop anymore. Should’ve followed my mind not to take it in the first place but listen to my husband it’s a good mechanic. going to call better Business on them also.

  Went there to get an alignment, they said a rod was broken, replaced it and when I went to pay with Apple Pay which THEY DO NOT HAVE! Couldn’t find my debit card and asked for them to punch it in manually then was told they can’t do that because of charge back issues! My battery was removed and when I confronted them I was told that they did not touch the battery all I went for was an ALIGNMENT! They denied touching my batter I am positive they touched my battery because my radio requested a code. Fine went got cash and paid now here I am a few days later and at the dealership because MY BATTERY IS BAD! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ROB YOUR BATTERY AND DENY IT!

  Bad, my family and I have taken several vehicles in because of a breakage. They have charged well for the car and still have the same problem. They have given a guarantee. And when you go they tell you that this is not in the warranty or it has already expired when they tell you that the warranty on the part is one year, you take a vehicle for one thing and it comes out with another, I don't know. I recommend
