DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR! I went here to do laundry and had walked to the coffee shop, literally a 1 minute walk when I had come back they had called the tow company on my car and car had been towed. The owners here just do as they please.

I called friday and asked what time they close because of the other reviews about close early, the person who answered confirmed 7pm. I arrived 20 minutes later at 5pm, the person there told me that she would be closing soon and I can't do my laundry today.
The place seemed a little run down and there is no air conditioning, I went down the street and there was a much nicer Laundromat.

The place was 110 degrees at 7 20 am. Fans running but owner says it cost too much to turn on A/C. Never coming back again. Horrible laundromat. Owners sit next door in wash and fold section with doors closed and AC nice and cold.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Been coming here for years. All of a sudden the new owner decides he will close whenever he wants, despite the posted times. Happened to me twice now, not going back again. The sign says that they close at 4pm, and last load is at 3pm. The last time I came there at 2:30. He tells me they're closed. I ask him why, he tells me he doesn't want me for a customer. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see similar reviews.

I came here to do laundry. I was told as I was grabbing my laundry out of my car, that they decided to close 2 hours early today. Don’t waste your time coming here, they don’t honor the hours they state they will be open.

I’ve had a **terrible experience** with D & S Laundry due to their **inconsistent operating hours** and **unprofessional management**. Multiple times, I’ve arrived during their posted business hours, only to find the place **closed early without notice**. This makes me question whether this is even a **legitimate, professionally run business** or just a side operation with no regard for customers' time.
**Key Issues:**
🔹 **Early Closures Without Warning** – If a business can’t stick to its own hours, it shows a lack of respect for customers.
🔹 **Poor Communication** – No signs, no updates on Google/website, no apologies—just locked doors when they should be open.
🔹 **Owner’s Attitude** – If the owner is dismissive or unapologetic about this, it reflects badly on the entire operation.
**Impact on Customers:**
- Wasted trips, especially inconvenient for those with tight schedules.
- No reliability = no trust in the service.
- Makes me wonder if they’re cutting corners in other areas (cleanliness, machine maintenance, etc.).
**Suggestions for Improvement:**
✔️ **Stick to posted hours** or at least notify customers of changes.
✔️ **Update Google/Facebook** if closing early.
✔️ **Train staff (or owner)** on basic customer service.
**Final Verdict:**
Until they fix these issues, I **cannot recommend** D & S Laundry. There are better, more reliable laundromats out there.

Went to wash my clothes , came back to dry they were closed , owner chooses his own hours very weird and inconvenient

Dont count on them being open for pick up or to do laundry. Owners pick their own hours which is rarely open.

I am a regular here. The people are very nice, and the prices are really good.. I will say, that several times I have come after work or school just to be sent away because they’re closing early for one reason or another. This has happened at least 4 times in the 3 years that I have been coming here. I will admit it is very frustrating especially when the hours are specified on both the website and the door. I would advise calling before you go in, but otherwise, this place is solid. Good prices, machines typically work, and the service other than closing early often, is good.

Serves its purpose but not very punctual on their own set business hours. I’ve seen them open upwards of 40 minutes late and close a hour early.

Bad customer service here! Came in at 540 with last wash at 6. Rude lady said closed.
