I called this business to get a quote for some basic work on my car and the guy that answered the phone had an attitude and answered by saying "whats up?!". Out of shock, I said "hello?" and the guy responded in a bothered tone "Yes! Whats up?'. Definitely unprofessional first impression.

They have a mechanic named Ricky. He was extremely professional and did a excellent job on some body work I needed. Very fair prices and the cleanest repair shop I've ever seen. Any time I need anything to do with my vehicles I'm going back and asking for Ricky!

May 13 - dropped off car, customer guaranteed the work can be done and that he will take care of me and my car. May 15 - signed work order May 24 - owner called that car was "ready" picked up car, owner did tell me about a water mark damage on trunk of the car and said "paint needs to fully cook before I can get that out" and told me to bring it back the following Saturday after my trip May 27-28 - walk around the car, noticed orange peel all over the car, license plate lights weren't replaced. Also noticed my $200 pair of sunglasses were missing June 1 - car dropped off again, notified owner of orange peel all over the car and the painted plastic on the front of the vehicle. Owner told me it would take all day to sand and polish the orange peel but that it can be finished today. Owner did let me borrow one of his "for sale" cars. Owner did not call me about the status of my car, I had to call at 7:59PM to find out the work could not be finished. June 3 - owner calls me at 4:05PM that car was "ready." As I got to his shop, he reported that someone wanted to buy the vehicle he loaned me while my car was at his shop so he needed it back. Walked around car and noticed swirl marks from incomplete polishing. There is still notable orange peel all over the paint. Told owner that this was unacceptable but he kept reiterating "black paint is very very hard to polish perfectly." I became skeptical about the entire job and looked at the license plate lights. Both were new lights but 1 of the lights (right side) appeared to have glue on one of the clips that clipped onto the bumper, along with damage to the bumper where the license plate light clips on. The rear absorber was also damaged and was tied up back in place. Did a couple walk arounds the vehicle and noticed headlights were scratched. Owner then stated he would give me back my money if I wasn't satisfied. Once inside his office, I requested my money back like he said he would do and used the excuse that the previous customer just took all his money at hand. He then told me to return tomorrow to pick up the money June 4 - called him 8 times with no answer. Shop appeared closed but noticed an employee there and the owner's daughter. Spoke with daughter about the situation and was totally unaware of the matter at hand. Daughter said, in her own words, "he should have been more specific with you about the job and that she doesn't know why he had an inexperienced employee working on my car when her husband, who works there as well, is the one who normally does all the paint and body work." June 5 - owner finally answers my call at 2:41 PM and says he will be at the shop at 5. Arrived at 5, owner claims "they did a great job" and that the most he would give me back was $450. I denied the money in which he said "I will see you in court then. And if you decide to put anything about this on social media, I will find you." Took the car to another body shop to get second opinions and sure enough, body shop stated whoever worked on the car did not know what they were doing. I had the body shop remove the rear bumper and noticed signs of work that I've done to the car in the past showing that the bumper was not replaced like he told me it would be. This guy took money from me to "buy a new bumper" and did not do what he was supposed to do. This guy should not be in the automotive collision field if he is stealing money from customers expecting a great job only to be let down by the terrible work performed. Take your cars elsewhere for body work people. Do your research as that was my mistake as i trusted a friend's word to come here.

Bought a cash car thinking ok they seem ok.i wasn't expecting a Mercedes but I also wasn't expecting the front bumper to FALL OFF 6 months later (it was tacked on with 2 bolts as filler). Nor was I expecting the paint to FLY OFF on my front TWO fenders while driving. Air conditioning completely went out in 3 months, headliner fell, and alternator went out. Nope. Unless you're only needing a temporary vehicle for a few months. Oh AND they told me the title was clean and clear when it clearly wasn't. Almost forgot BOTH back windows... yeah both fell off track which in turn caused water damage because I had to put cardboard to hold them up and obviously they would occasionally fall some without me noticing.

I recently had an issue with my 06 dodge charger that had to do with the water pump, I took it to the first shop and they were charging me 1,100 dollars. I called Dan's Auto Service and Norma helped me in not only towing my car from the first shop to Dans Auto Servive shop, but also charge me EXTREMELY cheaper than 1,100 dollars. Norma, who was extremely helpful would call me to keep updating me on my status of my car, which gave me a piece of mind and not leave me out the loop. Needles to say, my car had more issues the expected and would first confirm with me if I wanted to make these changes made. They explained to me in detail and showed me where the problem was. Once ALL the repairs were made INCLUDING the water pump, my total price was not even close to 1,100!! My car has been running like new ever since, I would NEVER let anyone touch my car again unless it's Dan's Auto Service. Extremely trustworthy, honest, kept me to date and courtesy calls, and amazing service! I highly recommend this place to ANYONE!!
